Jim H. and his team have always been helpful when it comes to moving the clients I work with at the construction company I work for. I send Jim any of my clients who have moving/storage needs. Friends and family too!
T.E. Andresen is currently storing a baby grand piano for a client and the clients were impressed with the team’s knowledge and care taken to get the piano safely packed and stored.
With Jim and his team, it’s not just about packing and storing, but also what is going on around the site as well. When it came time to decide whether to leave storage pods onsite or store them at their facility, Jim had the foresight to see that leaving them onsite would decrease work space for our construction crew. It’s the little things like that that make a difference.
Thank you, Jim and the whole Andresen team for always being there for Xando’s Construction and our clients. We appreciate your support! You make our job easier by keeping our clients happy!

I have worked with Jim and TE Andresen for many years - both personally on our family home moves - and for the many referred clients who have been very happy with his level of service and professionalism. Jim removes all the stress in a move and is very easy to work with throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Jim and his team for any residential or commercial type move.

Hey guys - Mass Laws (Chapter 90, section 80), state that drivers needs to give bicycles 4 feet while passing. Today on Rt 97 in Wenham northbound, one of your drivers came with 6 inches of my handlebar and then flipped me off. Please do better. I have video if you would like to see it. Lic plate umber was MA83250 (or 83230).

I never write negative reviews, but unfortunately one is needed here. We used this company for our recent long distance move from New Hampshire to South Carolina. We had received lower quotes from other companies, but were assured that this was worth the cost because of their strong reputation, reliable workers, and great insurance policy included in the price in the unlikely case that we needed to use it. We decided it was worth it to spend the extra money since we wanted to be sure that all of our things would be well taken care of and we also needed storage for a few months while we found a new home, so it was important to us to trust the company to keep everything safe. As we got closer to our move date, we realized we needed some extra help with packing so we reached out to get pricing. It seemed reasonable so we went ahead and added that on and this is was our big mistake. We have a 1 year old daughter (7 months old at the time of our move) and made sure to make it very clear that it was extremely important for all of her things to be handled with care….all of her brand new white Pottery Barn furniture arrived to our house scuffed up and dented. The crib has multiple black scuff marks and dirt marks as well as some dents in the wood, the dresser and changing table were the same, and her white velvet rocking chair and ottoman has black marks on it as well. We had 2 crib mattresses (one Newton mattress and one Pottery Barn so both expensive) that were stored without any covers even though on the moving sheet crib mattress covers were listed as included and on the truck. I don’t feel comfortable having my baby sleeping on a mattress that was stored uncovered so that needed to be replaced immediately. I had an expensive canvas painting that was extremely sentimental from Disney World hanging in her room which is nowhere to be found and we’ve opened up all of the boxes at this point. The other painting hanging in her room was thrown in a box unwrapped with a shoe horn, toilet bowl cleaners, plungers, etc. There was one box that had open bottles of lotion, liquid medicines, etc. all unwrapped and thrown in with some of her clothes. At this point I was already devastated and so anxious about opening up everything else since these items were supposed to be taken care of best. It’s impossible to get into everything else that went wrong but feel it’s necessary to add a few more key things. The inventory was a disaster…boxes mislabeled, barcodes missing, no real listing of anything. As I was unpacking I noticed I had multiple items of clothing missing and I’m sure I’ll be finding more missing items once I have time to process. I had very expensive purses and shoes that were just thrown into a box and no high value inventory forms were filled out. There were more sentimental items that were custom made pieces and those were also thrown on top of a random box unwrapped and a piece chipped off and can’t be found. In general there were completely random items thrown together such as cleaners, liquid air freshener plugs, open lotions, etc. and they were packed together with my expensive skin care or electronics. There were items of furniture shipped with the drawers full of skin care in glass bottles and other items…we had a hard time even getting the drawers to open. We are in a brand new home and the all white walls are now scuffed up and damaged from bringing the items in and a wooden piece of my staircase is chipped off. Needless to say we reached out to any contacts we had worked with and were told that all they could do is send us a link to a claim form to fill out. I understand that has to be part of the process, but the claim form is very very cut and dry and going to take so much time and effort that I really do not have to attempt to get some sort of resolution because of their mistakes and carelessness.

A fellow United agent performed services for TE Andresen in May and July 2022. TE Andresen has been contacted several times for payment inquiries and to this day we have not been paid. Very Unprofessional. We will not provide services to them again.

Exceptional service. They moved us into storage. Stored our furniture. (No damage). Moved us into apartment. Our crew were very nice. Worked hard and were a pleasure to deal with.

They showed up with 3 instead of 4 people, and lots of attitude. It took then 2+ hours longer to do the move and they broke 2 items, including a vintage chair. The didn't offer to repair, replace, or pay for the items. Call another company.

Highly recommended!! I am so impressed with how professional this company is. Erica was super easy To schedule with, communicated amazing, and made the estimate process as stress free as possible, especially w my busy work schedule, she got me in right away and virtually to make it easier. Our moving experience with TE Andresen was fantastic. Erica Drivas came to our home and gave us a thorough consult with many tips and tricks for moving and packing. She put us at ease and we knew we were in great hands. Then came the day of moving- Manny and his team were so careful and professional we were so pleased. After storing our stuff for two nights they moved us into our new home and again took great care with all of our belongings. They took their time yet also we’re done so quickly! I cannot recommend TE Andresen enough for a professional and fantastic moving experience. Thanks again to Erica, Manny and the team!
