I called Hatheway looking for service records for a car I purchased in March 2022. They serviced it in 20-21 for the former owner. Ginny was so pleasant on the phone , researched the car on her system and found five detailed service invoices. She took her valuable time to go out of her way and texted them to me the next day. Thank you Ginny for appreciated help. Ty so much!The former owner said the owner Nick provides old time service and care about his clients!!

We have used Nick and his team for 20+ years. Outstanding mechanics with great integrity and honesty. We even had him take over the oil changes, etc., on a brand new Subaru rather than the dealer. Has helped us get 200,000 miles out of our Honda's!

I've been bringing my vehicles to Nick and his team since my first VW Passat in 2013 (which is a whole other story). The extreme amount of care, communication and honesty Hatheway Automotive Service exemplifies is hard to find in ANY business. Nick has saved me a few times by providing detailed inspections of potential vehicle purchases and steering me in the proper direction - saving me countless thousands of dollars. Even one time after I purchased a Jeep without previously having him inspect it, he diagnosed an issue with the tire rods and ball joints, while recommending I capitalize on my lemon law policy instead of offering to fix the vehicle (Thanks Nick). There's no wonder his team has won multiple best of the North Shore automotive repair shops.

Could not be happier. To begin with, they are pleasant and welcoming. They called me before they did any work to explain what was needed (and what was not needed) and the cost ($725) to perform the work. Just for kicks, I called the car dealer and asked them for a price to perform the exact same work. Their cost was $1,200 to $1,300. Hatheway Motors is a keeper.
