I had a hard time picking just one gift while vacationing near here! Witch Way has an overwhelming amount of items; pretty reasonably priced also! You are bound to find something you or someone you know will like at this location. It is not all “witchcraft” goods, FYI, plenty of Boston-themed items as well.

Not only is it the best witch themed gift shop in Salem it's one of the best gifts shops anywhere period. They have anything and positively everything witch related that you could possibly ask for. The owner and staff we spoke with were very helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly. You should stop in here and check it out for sure.

Amazing is all I can say ! I absolutely recommend this store if ever given the chance to visit ! I came from Chicago and I definitely will come back just for this store ! Couldn’t ask for better personnel working behind the counter

Really cool place to get your Salem merch. Reasonably priced (cheaper than the place that changed their name). Staff is very friendly. Will definitely return.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. The customer service is awful. I purchased a cheap $5 broomstick witch pen and while using the register pen to sign the receipt, the female employee grabbed the pen from my hand as if I was stealing their product by saying, “I’ll take that.” I spoke to the manage/owner regarding the incident because I found it appalling for a customer to be treated so rudely. The manager stated, “I’m going to excuse her behavior due to it being a stressful time of year.” I’m not sure what is stressful about selling magnets and shot glasses, but if that’s stressful, then it’s best their hidden in a back alley and not on the main tourist strip.

A gift-shop with a mix of standard tourist fare and some interesting items. The book section is good. And there were a number of different tarot decks available.

Great service! I showed up just after closing and needed a sweat shirt for my son because the weather worsened, and he had left his coat at home. They let me in, helped me find him a sweatshirt, and made me feel welcomed. I didn't want to keep them, but would have loved to have checked out all their witch-themed products. Next time!!
