Went there on my birthday, stood in line for 15 minutes only to get to the front for the lady behind the register with short black hair and glasses to tell us to get in the back of a different line after she cashed out everyone in front of us. My mother tried to explain that wasn't fair and that she should cash us out since we were the last ones in the first line than start on the other line, the lady than proceeded to cuss my mother out, the main manager ended up cashing us out with no apology, I told her that her employee ruined my birthday.

My significant other was ripped off $10. Now normally this would be an accident but her mother (who went at a different time) was almost ripped off and had the cashier correct it but the cashier was being snappy. We talked to the owner and she said “I’m aware of her behavior” and felt like she was pushing us away to try and not cause a scene about the rip offs. After checking some other reviews it seems like this is a standard practice of charging tourist extra $$$ in hopes they wouldn’t notice.

Ok,so t shirts are cool but my beef is with the attitude of the owner. Rude,condescending and lousy attitude.Overheard her being rude to customers as we walked in and then was on the receiving end of rude attitude. I own a small business in Connecticut and would never dream of speaking to a customer in the manner in which my husband and I were spoken to.I visit Salem yearly but this shop has lost a customer.

Hoodies where $29 on sale. Boston and Salem hoodies without the embroidery. Sign was right above the hoodies. I also got a tshirt for $15. Tell me how i got charged $60 by an older women, mid 50s short brown hair. By the time I realized what she charged me I was already two hours away. Read very similar reviews. How is this lady getting away with doing this to people?

We loved returning to Witch Tees to grab t-shirts for family back home. The salespeople were very helpful in getting sizes for us. One even chased us down the mall to give us an item we had forgotten! Great shop for souvenirs!

Just walked out of there. The young lady with the curly dark hair working there? Rude as can be. If you hate your job work somewhere else? I regret buying anything from there.

Rude attendant and overcharged. Avoid at all costs. Also no refunds either so if you get overcharged you can't do anything about it

Sales lady was great with amazing attitude but I got ripped off. Tees were $15 and I bought bunch of things and I was overcharged $40-$50. When looking at the receipt I noticed that the lady charged me $20-26 per t-shirt. I couldn’t go back when I noticed cause the place was closed already and I was there only for a tour. Very disappointed about her claiming to have given me a discount for buying a lot of things when she overcharged me 1/4 of the total. I hope she enjoys those extra $50 she overcharged me before she gets her karma cause life is a boomerang.

Many things wrong with this store. If you really want a tee- shirt find it online cheaper or customize it online for cheaper and better. I researched this after my purchase. I spent $30 on a short sleeve t-shirt and the lady was so rude to me. She stuffed my shirt into a small paperbag without a handle and I had to grip the top all day long. When I asked for one of the yellow signature palstic bags she made some excuse about having to buy something more expensive to get the bag. I watched several customers buy those $5-10 sweatshirts they lure you into the store with get a complimentary bag with a handle. When I pointed out to her she said I would have to pay $1. When I asked her why everyone else didn't have to pay she changed her reasoning and responded it depends what you buy. At this point I knew she was just not treating me fairly and I wouldn't get a simple bag that every other customer got with any purchase. Don't be fooled by their marketing tactics- get what you want online for cheaper and better quality. And don't risk stepping into a store that just wants your money.
