My favorite store in Salem! They sell an amazing selection of high quality candles (among a curated selection of other merch) and the staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I asked for assistance with opening a candle to smell and the owner, Liz Frazier, was extremely rude. It was 40 degrees so I had gloves on and she turned to one of her staff and said “I’m so tired of these helpless customers that wear gloves.” Whatever you do, don’t ask for help while trying to shop and not break candles. She will mock you to her staff in front of you even after spending a large sum of money.

Such a nice shop. The candles smell so nice and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend the Night Garden scent.

Ok so if you are looking to purchase online anything from this store, it can take a very long time to get to you. The post office will keep your package for a few more days (for some reason). I could have sworn my package got lost. I called and the lady that took care of me was a little short, but given the situation that Salem gets crazy crowded in October, I was immensely understanding. She helped me tell my situation to the owner. Then I received an email about waiting a few days more for its arrival, and if it didn’t, to call the post office directly because it was basically out of their hands at that point; Which upset me. Here I am trying to buy creations from local businesses instead of corporations and the approach was a little…. I don’t know….
But it arrived!!!! It was a nice surprise. I thought I lost 50 something dollars. lol
The candles are great! And I like the roll on scent. It’s nice. I Just wish for a little more customer support and warmth next time.

Absolutely love this store. I’ve been three times this season. The staff is so nice. Their decor is adorable and I got some amazing items. They have the best Salem plastic tumbler and my daughter got her first crystal (to help her stuffed unicorn). The cutest bath bombs too.

There is a perfume here that smells exactly like wet dirt. I don't know how, but I don't care. It's perfect and so are all the other scents here

As soon as you walk in here, it smells really good! The staff was very friendly and I loved their taste in music. They had a goth/darkwave Playlist going, and I loved it. Just the kind of people I'd love to hang out with.

I had the "pleasure" of meeting the owner. Very rude for no apparent reason. The candles don't smell like anything once lit. I've definitely found better candles for better prices.
