There are a variety of stores and definitely some good souvenir shops. Though it can be slightly sketchy and dirty inside which sometimes worries me. But I have never felt threatened and the mall is always a reliable place to find something to do.

Absolutely disgusting bathroom. Bathroom was compelety flooded. Urinals clogged. Obviously don't care about being somewhat clean.

Like most malls, some stores are empty. That being said, it is not as empty as most malls. Apparel stores, restaurants, movie theater, and collectibles store.The overall mall is clean, BUT the mall restrooms are filthy and often without toilet paper.

The actual mall is cute, but not a lot going on inside there. They have some of the only public bathrooms in Salem so there are lines and gross and often out of toilet paper. The coolest shops you can access from the outside too. I didn't eat but ran into some people saying the food in there is good.

Absolutely filthy restrooms. I don't know why the few good businesses stay. The entire building is run down and grimy but the restrooms are next level revolting. Salem is one of the cleanest towns I've visited. Not sure what happened in this particular location. Do not recommend.

Salem is literally the most gorgeous town I have ever been to...almost everything there, I would give 5 stars to, except this place!It was odd in a sense that it was super desolate, like an apocalyptic video game. Trash strewn about everywhere and the bathrooms...let's just say I could hear my partner literally dry heaving through the wall and I was doing the same. It was baffling because as I said, everything is really nice in this town! If you are from out of town, don't go here. Especially for the bathroom.

Did the october visit to Salem not sure if I would recommend this to anyone. Its very busy no public was rooms and very commercialized. Definitely wouldn't go out of my way to visit Definitely wouldn't travel very far to visit still not sure the what the real attraction is. No parking long lines and not much to see

Oh the tragedy of rampant capitalism! The mall endures with new shops rotating in and out seemingly by the season. A few strong places hold the line still: Cinema Salem, Silver Moon Comics, Salem Vintage Photography, and Witch Tees. The massive hallways are empty of the lively kiosk booths. Many windows are shuttered or papered over. The area is cold, depressing, and deathly. Hot spots in the mall have the powerful presence of success and you may find the people flocking to those lights to escape the abyss of liminality. The mall needs community action to bring the liveliness of the area to match the city streets. Renovations to the building must happen and the locals should lead the charge to make the Witch City Mall a safe and enlightened haven for everyone. At the very least a superficial change of the paint and floors might shake the creeping despair. 28 August 2023

Ce n'est pas le meilleur endroit de la ville.L'extérieur est plus intéressant que l'intérieur. En revanche, c'est un endroit qui trône au sein d'une ville incroyablement charmante, où il fait bon se promener.Il est indispensable de visiter Salem, de déambuler dans ses rues et ruelles.C'est une ville à part qu'il serait très dommage de rater.

Very rundown, you can tell the city doesn't care about it anymore. There are some ok shops, but nothing really worth your time. It was a huge disappointment really. The restrooms were barely in working order and had graffiti and liquor bottles all over the place. I don't recommend stopping here at all.

In need of a major renovation. There are a couple of fun stores inside. The pizza place is good.
