One star for this Walmart. I bought a juicer on Sunday from the Lynn location only to come home and see there's food caked all over the inside of it and it came with no instruction manual. Disgusted I obviously went to return it to my nearest Walmart which is the Salem location. The woman at the customer service desk was extremely rude and unhelpful and told me that I could not return the juicer to that location. She then accused ME of dirtying up the juicer and said it was my mess that I left on the juicer. Ummm no, I wouldn't be returning if that was the case, I would have simply said there was a problem etc, but the only problem was that it had been previously used and obviously not checked to see if it was still sellable. Of course I started to argue because it was totally bogus what she was saying to me and I've returned to different locations several times. They asked me to leave so I did. I call the store 5 minutes later and ask if I could return items to any Walmart store regardless of where I bought it and the lady on the other line said "yes you can return to any Walmart". So wtf Walmart? Way to drop the ball on this one and continue your history of 1 star reviews. I hope customer service is better trained next time and actually gives service to the customer who paid money for the item. Not to mention, maybe don't put a dirty caked up item back on the shelf!!!

Honestly I went in looking for something my boyfriend needed and after asked 3 capable people who clearly did. It want to help. The first woman pointed me to a direction. The second woman pointed towards a man. That man then walked me back to the initial woman who then walked me to the The aisle and say we don't have it. It wasn't till I got to the register and spoke to the person who pointed me in the direction of someone who is better at speaking in English did I get any kind of assistance. Adelaida ( if I understood and didn't butcher it too much) helped me actually look for the item took the time to look at the picture and try to assist me. I really appreciated her help. Someone needs to double her pay! Her customer service skills OUTSTANDING!!!!

Rude staff. I was looking around to see if they had Pattie LaBelle pies and this rude a** employee rolled her eyes like I had 4 heads and was like "NO!" I will never go there again. They were to busy gossiping about other customers anyway! Unprofessional at its finest.

It would be helpful if employee's knew where merchandise is located. And understood English. I gave up after 3 attempts to shop.

I bought a few household items and went to my car with them. Unfortunately I didnt look at receipt until i got to my car where I saw they charged me $79 for something I didnt purchase. Went back in store to speak with manager. Was told they cannot refund the $79 plus tax until they review the video tapes which could take 3 days to do so BEFORE refunding. I am now out over EIGHTY DOLLARS until Walmart in Salem fixed their mistake. Unfortunately I have no recourse here.

You have an associate called Sam, she's much older and she's slow as hell. Makes customers do the work, she's slow and demanding of the customer. Made me feel uncomfortable as hell. Change that please because it got me upset enough that I had to yelp it and I come here ALLL the time. Sam was working the register @ 11:42am on May 14th, 2019.

I love Wal-Mart. From the smaller ones which still have everything all through out the country. Salem has THE WORST electronics department in any store I've ever been to. And unfortunately in any OTHER Wal-Marts I've been to. I've been to at least 45 different ones. I dunno if it's the crime level there close to Lynn but supposedly they just sort of let the electronics go.. If people were WALKING out the door with massive T.V.s or anything in that department and walk out the front door and if if you were stopped or questioned you can say "already bought" so shame on their security system AND employees. Sorry Wal-Mart people and the management of HIRING And FIRING people of Wal-Mart's corporation or to whom it may concern. My 30th birthday was ruin because 2 outta my 3 shifts of course were electronics. One is a lava lamp. Paid $20. When I opened my birthday present I was so upset because in the last 8 years. No one has done ANYTHING to improve this place it's gotten worse. And NEVERMIND the employees. I am not bias but I don't appreciate being talked about IN Another language Unfortunately people assume I Cannot understand but if those employees are honestly still working there, or ANY WAL-MART. SOMEONE is naive and almost ignoring this branch, as if your huge Wal-Mart corporation company people, etc... Oh I was so upset ON MY BIRTHDAY the centerpiece of my party. Came in the box Who I know my mother bought it last MINUTE cuz its pink and purple. Very fond memories of my best friend who just died of a blood disease. So if I could put - 5 stars I would. The light bulb was literally sticking up and I did slice my finger.. Now what if I post these pictures up right now. I'm almost positive it'll ruin that whole branch and the nearest NEXT Wal-Mart is about 30 miles away.. In this part of essex county may be 2 Wal-Mart's (including Salem, MA location) so one good one .. Would you like me to post all my BRAND new in the box AND plastic with receipt too?? You do acquire or ask/ for gift wrap. My mom even called ahead to made sure you had one. I've in stock with sharp shattered glass the second I looked in to grab. Unfortunately I can post pictures of a deep, painful gash on my hand. Sadly I work in the kitchen .. So you know how often I use my hands in a kitchen? Nevermind as a career/ temporary job.. This Wal-Mart should have been shut down, upgraded/changes the whole STAFF There. And I know a big percent of people in that area are Spanish speaking which is great but I know Spanish fluently and quess what.. They (other employees at the time) were calling me terrible names in front of my face to each other of course assuming. Thank you for ruining probably the WORST birthday ever. And it was my 30th So now I'll be telling my 30th birthday story telling everyone how I sliced by hand

Horrible, racist store. I went there about a year ago to buy a wok, when cashing out the cashier called over 2 other cashiers to find out why I was getting it so cheap. I asked several times what the problem was, they looked at me but wouldn't answer. They then called over the manager and after 15 minutes they rang me up. I complained several times to their 800 number and was told they would respond to my complaint. After about two months of constant calling a manager called and said they would leave a gift card at the customer service desk for me as an apology for the bad treatment but when I went there was NOTHING there. The people at the customer service desk said they had no idea what I was talking about and acted like I was making the whole thing up ! This store is the worst !!! I'd give them zero stars if I could. Stay away from this racist store!!!!

This Walmart is not RV or traveler friendly.. Also the food selection is terrible. It shouldn't be labeled a super-center, it's a waste of time.
