I went in earlier today to make a trade in for my iPhone and use my upgrade. I was told that because I had made a payment arrangement (even though I paid off the bill in the store) I wasn't allowed to get any promotions and would have to pay for the phone out of pocket (about $850). The salesman then proceeded to try and sell me Verizon internet instead, which was not the reason I came in at all. I went home, thinking that I would not be able to replace my phone for a few days and went on Verizon's website just to check and see if he was correct. He was, in fact, totally incorrect and I was able to order my new iPhone for pick up (at a different location of course), using a promotion and it will be ready shortly. Long story short, this was an entirely unpleasant experience where the salesman did little to nothing to help me and just tried to sell me something I didn't need. I don't know whether he thought he could pull a fast one on me and get me to pay an insane price out of pocket or what his motivations were, but I advise you to either go through the website or find a different location if you need any kind of help with phone replacements or upgrades.

I liked how things were going until the end when they explained how the credit works. Then I asked some questions and said I would have preferred they told me how it worked prior to erasing my old phone. One guy came over and said how he wasn’t happy with my questions, very rude. He also got mad that I was looking up the price of chargers on Amazon when they were selling things for 4x the price. They included these chargers on my bill without me even asking for them. A bit sketchy. I won’t be back.

Jose and Jason were absolutely AMAZING. For once going to a tech store wasn’t miserable. They were so kind and helpful. If you have any reason to go to a Verizon store, go to these guys!!!

The first time I went In they were helpful, but when I cave back to return something they only had one person there with 3 customers ahead of me. I understand things happen, but I ended up having to cancel an appointment because I waited an hour just to return a charger. I would have come back the next day; but they’re closed on Sunday and I don’t live nearby. They also couldn’t take my return in the mail since they require the original form of payment to be present.

This place has the best best service representatives ever! Knowledgeable and patient and professional but kind! Really kind! They saved me alot of money that I was wasting with monthly service charges that were unwise. Youwon't be so

I called and spoke to a person who was beyond unhelpful. Showed up to the store which is supposed to close at 7pm. It was closed by 3:30 pm one day and closed by 5pm literally the next day. Very unprofessional, don’t waste your time on this location.

Chris was extremely helpful in getting me a new phone. He was managing three different people at once all with different needs one of which the customer only spoke Spanish. Chris’s helpful personality and bilingual speech helped expedite 3 different customers issues in under an hour. He was able to multi task and make sure he helped each customer including myself with every question and suggestion. Chris was a rock star and I’m glad I decided to get my phone from him.

Had an easy, seamless experience buying a new phone. The employee was very helpful, offered suggestions how to save on my Verizon bill and patiently answered all of the questions my kids came up with.
