They don't answer their phone. I've tried for 3 months during the times they said they were open. I would have given them the thumbs up a couple of months back because i broke my back and couldn't walk or drive. (They delivered!) the owner was very pleasant and accommodating. Maybe I'm not giving them much credit, cause my rating would have been excellent. I was telling all my friends. Now I am embarrassed. I called again today 10/14/202, still no answer

Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a vape store. We all know how that can go. If you’re in salem go here over city smoke for sure!

Eric was one of the coolest dudes I’ve met in a while. Great pieces and he has the energy that I wish everyone had. He’s fun and was respectful about my budget. 10/10 would recommend stopping by and at least checking it out!

Went in for some replacement coils and juice. Zach took great care of me and answered all of my questions and more. We had a great conversation that lasted the better part of an hour or close to. A quick decision to stop in today turned me into a big fan of this place and it's employees. Highly recommended, especially if you are new to vaping (Zach will spend time with you and really make you sure you know the ins and outs of what your getting). Very happy with my visit and my purchase.
