These guys are rude, obnoxious, lazy as they want to do the bare minimum work and don't care about the customer. To top it off, they will try to take you for your money. My friend and I went here to get my car inspected and have a self-serve car wash. They have a sign in the shop that says something like "if we don't offer you this, then you can have this service which included a vacuum." I can't remember exactly what it said, but it was confusing. So, my girlfriend spoke to the guy and was like "We didn't get offered anything as the sign says, so we would like the vacuum service. The man I spoke to said he could do it then, but we were already frustrated with the confusion and said we didn't have time. However, the guy said we could come back, just to show them the receipt and they would do it. So, I go back and do just that, I have my receipt saying I paid 130.00. The guy is like "oh you must've spoken to someone new, we can't do that once you have left." At one point, he tells the other guy right in front of me, as if I'm not there, she got a vacuum and wants one now too". I was no, I just told you I didn't and also just look at the receipt. Idk, if it was because I am a woman, but the guy totally brushed me off the second I walked in the door. He didn't give me his full attention even before I told him why I was there. I parked to get gas and he asked me to move because there was a guy behind me wanting to get gas. That's fine and all, but I'm getting gas myself too or am I not as important as the other customer. I was already at the tank. I was just waiting for him to finish talking to me before I pumped the gas. He started to speak to me and then disappeared leaving me waiting at the counter. Then, for some reason after our argument, he's like you can talk to the owner about the vacuum. He tore up my receipt and gave me the piece of the receipt that had the phone number to call which was the gas station and brought me straight to that guy. He weirdly began to walk away with the rest of my receipt that had what I payed and what service I got on it. I was like "can I have my receipt back" I never save receipts, I specifically saved this one because I was told to. It's funny because I know a lot business owners in Salem. They really should treat all customers the same. I guess they are just misogynist. Also: Unbelievable side note, he goes "you come here on a Wednesday in the rain looking for a vacuum. I should've said "sorry to inconvenience you. Maybe you should be closed if you don't want to work on a Wednesday in the rain.

Service was good but the music they blare is more than objectionable. If you have kids with you & need to wait, bring ear plugs.
