“My wife was driving our 2015 VW Golf Sportwagen when it suddenly stopped. Would not go into second gear (yes, it's a 6 spd manual). clutch was done, after 120,000+miles. We were leaving for Christmas with family in Germany. When we got back, the clutch repair was done, and we saved a lot over the dealer estimate. This was the first mechanical repair to the car since it was new, other than some emission work in response to the diesel scandal, which cost nothing. it's been working flawlessly for three months.”

They will talk you through your problem on the phone, extremely patient and kind. I have even had an employee from Bill’s call me back to make sure I made it home okay. Today I got a flat tire, ETA was 15 minutes — he was there in 10 and had my tire changed in 5.
