Their Machine CHARGED ME $100.00 off of my CHECKING ACCOUNT!!! It DIDN’T EVEN GIVE ME THE BAG!!!!! The owner named Vladimir, said that that charge doesn’t reflect on their end. My ATM receipt says differently don’t ever ever ever trust the machine don’t use a debit card oh and they force you to use quarters you have to buy 1,000,000/4 so that you can do your laundry how convenient

The older woman working here asked me if I was going to fold my clothes at 10:20–as if I was an inconvenience. Trust me if I didn’t NEED to wash clothes. I wouldn’t be here. Didn’t appreciate that after working all day. Mad rude—bet she wouldn’t have asked a non-spanish speaking customer that. Grown woman can’t do her laundry without worrying about the place closing at 11 o’clock! Disappointing

I bought a Zero drink from the vending machine. First of all, the price was not listed. If it was, I didn't see it. (They should put it where people can see it). Second, they charged me $25 (but refunded) in order to verify my bank account, and didn't even notify me about this. This charge, which is excessive and ridiculous, was not listed on or near the vending machine. If it was, I didn't see it. They should put it where people can see it. My bank notified me about a $25 withdraw from a Sunshine Express in Marblehead, which raised suspicions, because I have never been there before; so I thought someone stole my card information and I opened a claim with my bank. They cancelled the card and were going to send a new one, rush delivery, in a couple days, which is a real inconvenience. This laundry mat needs to not charge such an excessive fee to verify, and if they are going to charge $25 to verify account, they need to post it where people can see it on or near the vending machine. I certainly didn't see it, and this lead to all kinds of problems. I can understand charging one or two dollars to verify an account, but not $25. And they need to get the city right (Salem). The transaction posted Marblehead, which lead to confusion, causing me to think my card information was stolen. Further, on August 27 my bank notified me about two suspicious transactions at this laundromat on August 16 and August 20, for $1.50 each. I never made these transactions. I only made one purchase there on the 19th for the Zero drink. I shared my story with the city of Salem, and they advised me to report it to the police. I notified the laundromat in Salem and Marblehead about this, but never heard back. The least they can do is offer an apology or explanation for these illegal transactions. Tonight I am speaking with the police. Update: The police notified me that the laundry mat had notified him that they offered to refund me the $3. for the two unauthorized purchases, but that I refused to give my mailing Address. This isn't true. I never spoke to them about this. I left them messages, but never heard back. The laundry man actually lied to the police.

Clean, plenty of machines, offers both coin op and those cards you buy and pre-load from a machine at the laundromat. AC doesn't work well but is better than nothing. Not much seating.

I've been going there for a while now to do laundry. Its always clean, except for one thing, the customers no longer have access to the bathroom anymore no matter what time of the day you are there, not sure if anyone else has that issue.
