This review is for copies, don't make them here or you will pay more than you should. The customer athe self service center today in front of me said she made color copies by mistake, which she noticed where much more expensive. So when I made my copies I made sure to select black and white. When I got the receipt it was $.25 a copy, and a very heavy paper weight which I didn't need. When I asked the woman behind the "service" counter why it was heavy stock she said that was the default. When I asked why that was the default, she said she had nothing to do with it, that Staples set the more expensive paper as the default. Rudeness and a complete lack of customer service from this employee. ?

Can't say enough good things about Jim in the general store, and Andrew in printing. Our office purchases a lot of supplies in this location. Both staff members are a real asset to the Staples organization and will keep us coming back for office supplies. For example, I recently visited the store to buy 6 identical items but the shelf was empty. I asked a staff member if there were any in stock and was told no, and I would have to order them. Jim stopped and said he thought they were in the back of the store. A few minutes later, Jim appeared carrying all 6 items, and he said by the way, they were on sale with the app. I greatly appreciated his efforts!Similarly, Andrew has provided us with exceptional customer service for many years.Thanks to Jim and Andrew, and to Staples as well!

Just left the store about an hour ago and I was supposed to have my receipt both printed at the store and emailed to me. Unfortunately the email receipt did not come through and I miss placed my printed receipt. I called the store and the person I talk to went into the system, And was able to call up my receipt and even though I paid cash which made it difficult for her to look up my receipt, she managed to think outside of the box get me that receipt because what I bought is work expenses and get my receipt emailed over to me. This woman’s name is Alexis And she really went above and beyond to help me with these issues So this review is for Alexis and she’s getting five stars from me.

Really slow!! Long time with only One person at the register, but, 5-6 people at the Print Solution area - with no customers- chatting about movies and laughing out loud. Make it make sense.Pay attention to customers. It’s not ok that we have to wait this long while you are out there chatting and laughing.

I went in to buy an office chair. I found the chair I wanted and saw they had one in stock behind the chair. I asked a person who worked there if he could help me and without stopping he said I'll get someone to help you. I waited at the chair for 10 minutes. Three different people who worked there walked by and none of them acknowledged me or offered to help. The guy who said someone would come also didn't come back. I finally left after 10 minutes. Very disappointing because I was ready to buy and just needed help getting the chair up to the register to purchase. They missed out on a $350 sale as a result of their bad customer service.

This store was nicely remodeled and have some selection, but prices just completely unreasonable: a plastic folded 36x48 office mat is $45, while on Amazon the one without a fold line is $30-36! I needed a USB WI-FI adapter: the only available in Staples was $30, so I went to Amazon and bought for $17. I don't expect deals, but just fair competitive prices. So at the moment I see no reason to go to this or to any Staples store anymore.

The print service associates at this location were amazing. I think I used them at least 5 times in one month and every time they were all courteous and knowledgeable. The process was easy and my projects came out great. Ashley was awesome, she took the time to get my prints just right. Thank you for helping to make our event spectacular!

Why go to the store when they have a strict 14 day return policy. I bought a wireless keyboard and it lags. I do not like it and wanted to exchange for a wired one but its been 3 weeks so that's a hard no. I was out of he country for two weeks so I couldn't get back in time. Next time I'll go to Amazon has 30 day return policy and same keyboard had a better price online. Why shop here? No more staples for me.
