They handle everything for us including monthly taxes, payroll, and general bookkeeping which gives us the peace of mind to focus on other aspects of the business. They’ve also been very accommodating and understanding of our situation. Their team has always made themselves available to us if we ever have question and take the time to explain things to us if we ever don’t understand something. I definitely recommend them if you’re considering new bookkeeping services!

SnapBooks. I can't say enough good things about them. From the very first call they were very courteous and professional. The most impressive was that they really cared about our business. After we retained their services we hit a difficult patch financially. SnapBooks (Steve) gave us extra time to get our account paid. We are on a first name basis with Kim. She is quick to respond to any request that we have. Great Team!!! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic company, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Our books were in disarray due to many factors but they were patient with us to clean up 3 years of transactions at a reasonable cost. They loaded everything to QuickBooks online and connected our banks to that so going forward it’s super streamlined. We were able to file taxes that had been hanging over our heads too long. We already had a CPA locally but the work product we provided them was exactly what they needed. Would definitely consider moving my tax work to them if in the market.

Coming into 2021, our books were a mess. This is a classic case of a new small business focussing on generating revenue at the expense of accurate bookkeeping. With tax season looming, it was clear we needed outside expertise. Steve delivered on that expertise and corrected our books faster than any other provider that gave us a quote. During this process, there was never a doubt about his knowledge. Steve did an excellent job of keeping us up to date on where he was in the process and what he needed from us. We received unparalleled service while working together and I would recommend SnapBooks to anyone who has had trouble managing their own books and/or need an emergency cleanup like we did. Steve was a godsend when we were setting up our QuickBooks system. He is really patient, especially with newbies. We purchased an existing business that involved a wide variety of services plus retail sales and included about 5 employees. He was super helpful in setting up our online version of QB so that we could access everything remotely as well as onsite. He has continued to work with us through the COVID crisis, including PPP funding and other complexities. Would highly recommend him to any small businesses. He also made a great recommendation for a tax accounting firm, which solved a lot of other issues for us.
