I tried using their air machine to fill my tires. I put my card in twice, and the machine stopped filling, but was acting like it was still working. I went to attendant three times. Each time he "reset it". Still wasn't working. I asked for only two dollars back. He said he couldn't do that. I said at least put a sign on machine saying it's out of order.

Like the other reviews they do not honor fuel rewards even though you see it on the screen and accept it final price does not reflect the discount when I went in the employee had no idea what I was talking about. In addition the only employee didn't speak English and I had to type into his phone for Google translate. You can't do business like this. I ended up just leaving and will never go back.

this review is about the Shell station on North Street in Salem. is anyone else having issues with the buttons on the keypad that the pumps? I find that the yes or no button almost never work. most of the time two or three of the pumps are shut down for one reason or another. I'm also having trouble retrieving my fuel rewards at the pump. I have link my account to advance Auto and Dunkin donuts and I don't seem to be getting any rewards anymore. since I posted this original review I've got a response and it seems to be a generic response that goes out to every bad review such as they're sorry to hear about your concerns and they will pass it on to the station owner which basically means nothing at all will get done about the problems. time to find a new Shell station maybe the one in South Peabody.

Charging for air to fill tires during the day is illegal in Massachusetts. Employee named Junior says he doesn’t know about that law and supervisor’s is unavailable. Not coming back - wish I hadn’t filled my tank up with gas here and gone somewhere else if this is how they treat customers.

We had quite a little weight before an appointment and they allowed us to park underneath the shade tree and we went in and used the facility and purchased some items from the station.
