Unfortunately, despite placing an advance order for a cake and cupcakes for a baby shower, I arrived today to pick them up by noon only to discover that no order had been placed. This situation is extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on the professionalism of the service provider. I even called twice to check on in!!!!

I saw a cashier on her cellphone when working. She was even typing on it. I came from California and never saw people on their devices when working. Also, this store is too expensive.

Shocked at one of the produce workers I saw there not long ago. Man was clearly very ill and appeared to be in active addiction. Yellow skin and smelled like alcohol & urine. I’m baffled they allow people like that near food.

They seem like they’re going out of business and for the amount I paid for groceries I would think they could employ some people to bag the groceries. This place is gross and looks unattended to.

I find Shaw's to be a bit pricey.Having the just for you app saves me lots of money.I mostly buy just the items on sale or items on clearance.They also have items on sale that is not listed in the weekly ads.You must clip the digital coupons though to get the sale prices.

I will literally never shop here again. All the produce I bought on Saturday, other than the apples, are absolutely ROTTEN and it is only MONDAY. I had to sift through decayed produce to find what I thought was good. Literally all these items are moldy, soft, and slimy: oranges, mushrooms, romaine lettuce, and carrots. All in the garbage. What a waste!

They are the Albertson's of Massachusetts. The cashiers and workers are really nice and helpful. My spouse and I shop here often for their great deals and clean store. I just wish they made and sold jalapeño cheese bread or at least cheese bread like they do in other states.
