So upset right now. Spent 4K on a used car and put 1k into it just for the engine to fail on me 3 months after I purchased it which is 3500 or more to fix. I called the place and they wouldn’t take the car back or even replace it. Very disappointed.

Don’t ever buy a car here. The owner David is very unprofessional and unpleasant. He sold me a 2008 bmw that wouldn’t even pass state inspection. I don’t know if he’s aware of MA lemon laws but I will be taking him to court very soon. I paid 4500 for my car to break down multiple time with a 90 span. When I went to test drive the car he stated the car was in perfect condition which it was not. I called and texted David numerous of times to get the car fixed he has yet to reply. I’m a college student so having a good working car is very essential.

Dont EVER SHOP HERE !! The worse place to buy a car ! I brought my car in May, within days their were problems. My car broke down, the check engine light comes on and now we have some coding problem. My fuel sensor wasn't working took it in several time for them to fix the problem..it never got fixed ..months later i file a small clams suit now they want to try to fix the car again.. I gave them the car to get fixed; they had the car for several days now, im calling to get an estimated time on when it will be fixed they ignore phone calls and not professional at all

I strongly caution everyone to avoid doing business with Bernardo and David from Salem Classic Auto Sales. They sold a car to us and within 3 days the wheel fell off while driving. When confronted they told us there was nothing they could do to help and then locked up their store, mid day, and left us in the lot with a broken car. After repeated phone calls, Bernardo did make it right but, i don't want other people to go through the same trouble.

Don’t buy a car here, unless you want one with a lot of problems! Their overpriced, David lies about the cars, he’s a con artist, they buy them cheap at the auction, then sale them twice then what they paid for them, my experience was horrible and I’m taking these dudes to court!✊?

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! David sold me a 2011 nissan murano and within days the transmission was whining and clanking making noise. After going to the mechanic u found that the front end was recently apart and the axle nut was loose. Also the transmission had been recently flushed with a cleaner to hide the issue. When I called to confront him and said I wanted my money back or would go to court I was told do whatever I want and was hung up on. Not only does this show the kind of cars they sell but the lowlife sleazy low moral people selling them. No conscience as to having just taken our only vehicle and all our money for something they knew was junk. Stay far away from here
