They were unable to treat a basic infection, left me scrambling to find a specialist. Rude and dismissive.

Would not recommend. Brea, Denise and the physician dropped the ball on something very important, but they can't admit their mistake.

I never appreciated how amazing this practice is until I had to leave it and find a new PCP. Dr. Campbell was awesome and always available at times that fit our schedule.

My 3 kids see Dr. Campbell who is always polite and eager to answer questions or concerns. Not to mention is hands on when it comes to getting things done outside of the clinic (referrals, and other resources). My issue is with this newly implemented procedure of calling at 7am to only be sent to an automated system, to leave a message which takes up to 2 hours to get a return call for. For parents who work and have other children its a huge inconvenience especially knowing that the doctor will want to see the patient. As a parent of 3, I know when theres an infection or something a child should be seen for. Takes longer to receive a response than it takes a receptionist to simply make an appointment.

Recommended by a friend and so glad she did.The impatient visits have been wonderful, the portal is great, and the nurse line is so comforting for being first time parents.

Our daughter has been a patient at PAGS since she was born (now 14 months old), and we've had a wonderful experience with every clinician we've seen. Her primary pediatrician is Dr. Jalali and we've also worked closely with nurse Heather and both have been compassionate, patient, responsive and thorough. As first time parents, they are there to help us navigate everything and are supportive during any illnesses or health hiccups. In addition, the office is always immaculately clean. We are so grateful to have found a wonderful office and cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Stephan Morgan has always gone above and beyond for my family! This past week he got to the bottom of my sons illness which he had been sick on and off since October! He spends quality time with his patients and doesn’t rush with any thing he does! He takes his time and explains everything he does to the children! I highly recommended him and his office! The np are great as well! His nurses are great at get back to you with in the hour for the most part. The front desk staff is extremely helpful as well! Overall they staff at the office makes you feel welcomed and they help you with anything you need they care about your kids and you!

All these 5 star reviews must be fake.I took my 5 year old daughter in for a sick vist with Dr.Leathe.She had a nagging cough/cold/flu like symptoms.I was told it was just a cold, and then was lectured on smoking in the house.I found this odd because I do not smoke, let alone in the house or around my daughter. My concerns were dismissed, and I was treated as if i was a bother bringing her in.Well, come to find out,she had rsv which turned into bronchitus/pnemonia (due to the misdiagnosis by the dr.)We took her back today, andshe saw Dr.morgan(who was wonderful), and gave her the antibiotics she needed. She is still very sick,so I'm hoping it will work.Had Dr.Leathe been more concerned with examining my daughter correctly, and less concerned with gaslighting me, my daughter wouldn't be suffering from pneumonia right now.Her regular doctor ,(Sicat)treats me in the same manner as Dr.Leathe.I have asked to switch doctor's numerous times, yet masshealth still has her listed as the pcp. This is not the 1st time we have been treated badly here either. This latest one inspired me to write this review,as i've had enough.Even the front desk lady is mean and rude.I'm not the only person who has noticed this behavior either.Dr.Morgan seems like the only good doctor there. Some of the young nurses and P.A.'s have been nice and professional. But these so called doctors haven't got a clue sometimes. There's a lot more, but too long to explain.

I think she retired, but Maryann was one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. I grew up with her as my pediatrician, we always had an amazing relationship. The nurses and front desk was always amazing to me and I’ve always had good experiences at this office. They made it easy to transfer to an adult facility after I became of age. I miss it here!

This office is a great pediatric office! I went here as a child and I saw Dr. Ayer D’Souza. I was very sick when I was little and Per my mother the doctor was great and attended with so much care, love and knowledge. Now that I am grown my kids come here and they see Dr. Cheryl D’Souza and she is great! I will recommend her to anybody and everybody. She has a great amount of knowledge and she cares a lot. Everyone in the office is very nice and makes you feel welcome when you come in.

We love PAGS especially Dr Morgan and his team. We drive about 45 minutes to get to either office but it’s worth it for us, I think it would be hard to find a pediatrician as kind and compassionate as them.

This place is absolutely terrible. We moved to the area during covid stupidly and they won't see our son at all. Our son had a covid exposure and they refused to do anything "unless he got symptoms" so when he got a temperature I called again and was told they won't be able to give him a covid test for "just a temp" and call tomorrow, but they mostly are only seeing and testing children with acute respiratory distress, so of he gets that call back and they might try to see him. STAY AWAY. THIS PLACE SUCKS.
