“There are two absolutely lovely individuals who work here at the tool rental. I had rented a carpet cleaner and the first person I met at pickup had made sure I had the cleanest one and the associated attachments. They also gave me a very informative walkthrough of the machine and its parts. Pricing and fine print was transparent without being boring haha. I would 100% rent here again purely for the excellent customer service. Drop off was smooth and both staff members were very kind and personable. :)”

“This was in my top five stores I visited in Salem! I accidentally stumbled by it and OH WHAT FUN! The store is filled with unique finds, plants, trinkets, prints, so so much!
I got a Creature From The Black Lagoon print as well as some beetles in amber and brass dinosaurs. That just tells you the variety! The owner was very nice and personable! Everything was very reasonable in price. :)”

“Good Afternoon, I have been coming to the lumber department for years now, and began going with my grandfather back in the early 2000s to help him find cuts of wood for his job. It was a tradition we had to go there after we would eat breakfast together on my day off from school. I have always been treated with exceptional service throughout my life whenever I needed to grab some plywood cuts for a bed, or something for my family. Those boys in the lumber department do their job to the highest level of satisfaction. One day, when I was shopping recently, I was disappointed in the management's treatment of them. One of the managers was constantly barking orders at them, and being incredibly unethical in his speech. I couldn't believe it, especially because those boys do an incredible job and are always attentive and caring, part of the Home Depot's core values. It seems as if one of those managers tends to sit on his behind and eat fast food all day while the workers break their backs. I'm just calling it like I see it. Pay those boys more! They deserve it.”

I was very surprised also at Max’s enthusiasm to be so helpful with unloading the flooring and bringing it into the store for me, as most stores, I frequent, found not too many employees to be very helpful. Thank you guys so much! I wanted to add a thank you to Jill also because every time I’ve shopped in the store she’s always been super friendly. It seems like a good working environment as I have never seen any employees look grumpy and they always seem to interact well with each other”
