My fussy little dog has kidney disease so I went in search of treats for his new condition. They bake their own there, that have no concerning ingredients, and offer a sample to try. He loved them, went home with 2 bags.

I would occasionally go here, for their home made dog biscuits, which are very good - but then I bought a tug toy as a Christmas present for my sister's dog. I was told by the store owner that the toy I was buying, would stand up to an aggressive chewer (which he is!) Anyway, Finn destroyed the toy in less than two hours of play - I brought it back a few days after Christmas, and asked for some kind of exchange or refund. I was offered a $5.00 store credit- this toy cost me $36.00!!! I told her to keep the five dollars. Very shabby treatment from this place, I think!

I stopped in when visiting Salem to buy a guilt gift for my dogs. They absolutely went crazy over the dog biscuits. Just ordered a bunch on their website. Everyone was friendly and helpful in the store. Wish I lived closer.

My little furry buddy absolutely loves the treats he got from here. Everyone was friendly, and my pup got lots of pats which he loved! This place is amazing and I want to bring my furry buddy everytime I'm back in town.

- nice selection for cats and dogs.- staff were nice and friendly.- place was clean and organized.- prices are normal for the area.- have a cat that hangs around inside that I made buddies with.- overall a nice place to check out.

Visited Salem the weekend of May 5-7th and stopped into this shop. Love this local shop. Staff is friendly. Brought my dogs home to IN some treats made in store and they absolutely love them! So glad shipping is available. Thank you for all you do!

Good shop, very friendly, a bit pricy but nothing too outrageous. My only real gripe is they have kind of tight hours, if you work typical weekly hours you'll have a harder time stopping by.

This place is a real gem. Unique items for all pets, Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.Recently, I went back, a few days after I'd made a purchase, to question a charge. The counterperson took great care of my concern. It was clear from this interaction--as all my interactions at New England Dog Biscuit Co.--that they truly value their customers AND really care about the animals in their customers' lives.
