The person at the desk was rude and combative. I walked 4 miles round trip with a broken leg so I could fix my fence. I did not care for the experience, and withdrew my request for lumber, and will not be using this place.

Got some Lumber they a couple of days ago I never seen a Lumberyard this bad couple that employees smoking cigarettes not helping just standing there talking one of the operators of the forklift look like he was intoxicated very unprofessional place to shop for lumber

I came to buy several gallons of paint here and encountered two older men working behind the counter who were the grouchiest, unfriendly, miserable people you could encounter. They acted like they were doing me a favor waiting on me. It's no wonder they're hiring, who would want to stay and work in that toxic environment? Customer service and a smile do not exist here. Not goin back and would have walked out if I wasn't in a pinch.

I had to order a slider replacement..dealt w/ Dana who was most accommodating & helpful..he actually went out of his way to have door delivered & find ppl who could install the door!! Great Job!!!

This business has ZERO interest in helping customers.!Went to buy supplies, left with empty hands due to lack of service, I knew exactly what I needed, asked a worker and not helpful at all instead had a cigarette in his mouth half the time we spoke to him then said go to the front office he can help, we did and was even worse the man behind the counter didn't offer anything or other options we may have to do our project.It seemed they focused on contractors ONLY.!!!If this is the case, so do yourself a favor and hang a Big sign outside this building to let people know if you don't know what you want, don't come here. Will Never stop by here again !!

Rude and unprofessional. They were extremely rude to my wife when she went in there while I was at work. My wife said she has to go to the car to grab her phone and the guy at the counter told her to hurry up and rolled his eyes everytime my wife would say something. But of course he wouldn't dare to behave the same way towards the muscle head who went in after my wife. Next time I will be going in and hope he's ready for the same treatment.
