“I had a very pleasant experience at this store yesterday! The store manager Franko and his associate were both extremely kind and helpful. I REALLY appreciated how clean and cozy the store felt, unlike a couple other mattress stores I went to that just felt outright icky. Franko was steam cleaning mattresses as I came in for my appointment and again after I finished up trying them out.Each mattress has its own private little bedroom nook with curtains which cut out any and all awkwardness you would typically feel while trying out mattresses, this really helped with the decision making as it allowed me to actually get cozy in complete privacy. They also let you try out their pillows inside a fresh and REAL pillowcase and not just one of those weird paper covers that somehow still feels icky and totally ruins the feel of the pillow.As for the products, I was there to decide between the Wave Hybrid and Nova Hybrid. Both are insanely comfortable beds and it was a really tough decision but I ultimately chose the Wave Hybrid as it had a bit more support in my lumbar area which is very important to me with my two lower lumbar fractures. I liked the store and the products so much that I ended up ordering an entirely new sleep system including everything except the bed frame and now I’m dying for it to all arrive in a few weeks!The mail order mattress market and process is totally overcrowded and overwhelming and I think it’s really really cool that Casper actually has retail stores that give you the opportunity to try the products before you spend the money. I really hope that this review helps anyone struggling to decide on what to order. Just close all those open browser tabs right now and head down to Casper to talk to my dude Franko ASAP!”

“I strolled into the Sleep Number store last Thursday afternoon after having one of the most trying days I've had in years. I needed my day to take a turn for the better and after meeting Adam, it did just that! Not only did I ultimately purchase an an I8, pillows, and sheets but I largely did so thanks to Adam's amazing service, approachable demeanor, and mastery of his craft. He leveled with me right off the start and was quick to point out both pros and cons of both the Sleep Number as well as it's competitors. He at no point made me feel like he was selling me something and as a local business owner in sales, I truly appreciate that in a salesperson. I couldn't have been happier to get to spend an hour trying out mattresses while letting the stress of my day wash away with a warm, friendly, and knowledgable professional like Adam. I was happy to report that by the end of my hour in the store, my day had turned around and within 24 hours I was the proud purchaser of a Sleep Number bed.
