Excellent neighborhood salon...hair, nails, face. Staff cares about their clients, considers them family.

Kim from Hair and Nails cuts my hair and she does a great job. I have known her since she first started out. Their prices are good and they carry a lot of product. They also do manicures and pedicures. I have my brows waxed on occasion, and they're also great in that department. I definitely recommend Kim AND Hair & Nail Designs to anyone looking for a new hair hairdresser in the Salem area. They have recently changed their name....I think its called "Designs by Ishbelle" or something like that. One of the girls who rents a chair there bought the place and is the new owner.
