Driver was wonderful. Pizza horrible!! Dry, cold, no cheese, hardly any sauce and peppers so small and tasteless. Driver gave us back money. Wouldn’t take pizza back. For $20 this pizza was so small!! Never buy again.

5 Years later and i still can't get extra sauce. I specifically remove the cheese and ask for extra sauce. Why is this such a difficult concept? I used to work in Domino's, this request was asked for and was accommodated. This is the final straw. Not going back.Original review (2018) Pizza is fine but really. It's impossible to get extra sauce. Every time. I don't want cheese I want more pizza sauce, is it that complicated??? Only order because it's cheap

This is the only dominos in the area that consistently gives HALF portions compared to a regular dominos. Cheesy bread, exactly half if not less than that of an original from a different location, same with pasta too. Better off going to Danvers, Beverly, Lynn, or Swampscott. AVOID SALEM DOMINOS, poor quality control, poor customer service, and a general feeling of disappointment after visiting this location. No excuses just wildly unacceptable. This is very common been to this location over 10 times in last 6 months.

We live less than 10 minutes away.3 hours later, we finally got our two medium pizzas. Nothing complex. No alchemy was involved. They were overcooked and stone cold. Damn straight we got them free, but no way in hell am I ordering from here again.

1st pizza found hair. Called and asked for a replacement. Dominos made a 2nd pizza, just a bacon and cheese pizza. Someone needs more training in making a pizza.

2 Pan Pizza with extra meat? on both (because they never put any meat)? still no meat on all of these pieces of 2 pizza. Worst pizza. Don't follow orders.Then they want a tip before the service.Go elsewhere.

I was debating on leaving this review or not because it was advised against me, but after seeing that everyone else here has something to say about this MEDIOCRE, RUDE, DESPICABLE establishment, I thought I'd add in my two cents. So first things first. The guy I'm talking to sent a picture of the counter and it looks D-I-R-T-Y. You expect HIM, somebody that looks like a freaking movie star, to put his hands on that counter? And when he was ordering, the cashier was dismissive and definitely NOT professional, yet out of the kindness of his big heart, he STILL gave a tip. That's the type of man he is: generous, understanding, and patient. Unfortunately for the clown making my charming bachelor his food, I am none of those things. WHY ARE Y'ALL TAKING AGES TO MAKE A PEPPERONI WITH EXTRA CHEESE? He just worked a long day at work ON HIS FEET, AFTER SPRAINING HIS HAMSTRING BECAUSE HE WORKS OUT AND IS A GOD, and you're going to make HIM wait after all he wants to do late at night is eat pizza and look adorable and go home? You have NO sense of urgency nor common sense, and it really worries me. If I was the CEO of this company, I would personally shut this location down because it's customer service is horrendous. And is anyone going to talk about the fact the "tip jar" is just a tinfoil plate? You're lucky I'm giving two stars and not one because I want you all to LEARN FROM THIS. When a man like him enters your establishment, you SERVE. PERIOD. He wanted Flying Saucer but he took a chance on y'all and you failed MISERABLY.UPDATE: HE JUST GOT HIS PIZZA AND TELL ME WHY ITS NOT CUT EVEN??? DO YOU WANT ME TO GO BACK THERE AND SLICE IT MYSELF NEXT TIME, BECAUSE I'D BE GLAD TO. I TOOK 10TH GRADE GEOMETRY SO I WOULD KNOW HOW TO CUT A FRICKIN CIRCLE
