Expect to wait if you use the drive thru. No line, still expect a wait. It's difficult for some to go in, they shouldn't expect a wait just because they're handicap and going in is a struggle.

(Review about the pharmacy, not the store): I feel conflicted writing this since there are a few pharmacists who have been genuinely kind and helpful, but if there is an issue with your prescription, it is a nightmare because they just... hang up the phone when you call. One time I actually got someone to pick up, and when I was on hold with her someone else AGAIN hung up the line. I have a monthly prescription with a short pickup window, and every single month I have had to go in to the store two separate times to resolve an issue, once missing the pickup window because I couldn't reach them. Recently when I went and explained the problem, the first pharmacist looked at me as if I had grown three heads, which was incredibly irritating after trying and failing to call them for three days. I don't want to switch from CVS, but I might be forced to after the past few months of this.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. I was treated with zero respect and would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Jocelyn from the pharmacy started screaming at me in front of several customers and humiliated me over a prescription that was called in. No customer should ever leave a CVS feeling the way I feel right now. I have never been to a store that was this unprofessional in my life.

I have visited many pharmacies but none as caring, professional and thoughtful as Kara and Ariana are. They both went out of the way to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered and taking cared of. I will recommend this CVS pharmacy over all the rest especially Walgreens.

Jacqueline works at the pharmacy was very helpful today, she helped me to find alternative medicine for my son, the pharmacist was very nice and professional. Highly recommended

I go to CVS all the time. You have THE BEST people working for you! A couple of days ago, my friend and I were trying to print out pictures from her phone. We were having trouble. A very nice girl (Jackie) was right there to help us get started. The printer didn't work for us. Jackie was busy so, Nuda(?) helped us. Both girls were so kind and patient I had to give them a shout out!

I has an absolutely degrading and de-humanizing experience trying to pick up my prescription. This was the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. I do not complain ever. My insurance/doctor was at fault, but the way the employees had no care or empathy for me, rolled their eyes, were extremely rude, laughed at me and ignored me several times while I was crying because I was off my mental health medication for three days. I feel disrespected and humiliated and would like to be compensated in some manner and the employees addressed. I called twice before I arrived to make sure everything was all set and they were ensured that it was. I was told to come at 6:30, then a half hour later, then was told they did not have my medication at all, then they did have it and it was not ready, then finally it wasn't covered. I cannot fit the story here, please reach out so I can give more information. I cannot express how much I was negatively impacted by this.

I was on hold for a long time and the pharmacist is rude. Who hired these people .She shouldn't even be working on medicine god knows what she'll give you.

For me good customer service meanswalked into store or to a cash register, and being immediately acknowledged by the associate. This exactly happened on 12/22 when I was visiting CVS on Highland Ave.Good customer service not only about customers’ needs in a timely, efficient, and pleasant way but also it's about making the checkout process as pleasant as you can by making an effort to connect with the customer and that is exactly what this wonderful associate did. Doing so could be just the thing that keeps customers like me to come back.

Clean store, friendly floor workers and cashier came to the register immediately and rang me up quickly which was great as I was on a 15 minute break. almost everything is always in stock.

This was one of the best CVS's around. Not sure what happened. They don't answer the phone. Prescriptions are taking longer than ever. Recently, I sat on the phone for 53, 90 and 65 minutes with no one ever picking up. Today, I was on for 15 minutes and then it hung up. I just found out today from customer service that they were out of stock and all the auto systm ever told ne was that it was in process. Last week, i asked them to expedite an order. Originally the plan was it wouldn't be ready until 2 days after the order was put in at 5pm. I asked them to rush it through the automatic phone message system. I didnt get it till the 3rd day after 11PM. What happened to my once beloved store of over 30 years. Time for a new pharmacy,

thought I would take the time to leave a good review for those working at the pharmacy counter- i left one of my prescriptions at home (currently visiting my boyfriend who lives over an hour away from me), and they were kind enough to fill a few tablets, just for the weekend. even with all of the chaos and running around these people most likely have to deal with on a day-to-day basis, they made this a quick and easy process for me. thank you!
