Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! They shorted my prescription by 70 pills! I received 20 and should have got 90 which is a 3 month supply. The pharmacy was aware a mistake was made and said they would fix it and get back to me. Well I waited and waited now I have a couple left. I called and they never picked up -one hour! I supposedly talked to a manager and told me there is nothing he could do. The customer service is horrible lately at this location. They used to have such a pleasant staff.

Waited on hold for 3 hours to talk with someone in pharmacy. GuessThey don’t have to answer phones. Drive down waited in drive thru line only to have them shut the blind. So much for customer service. They apparently don’t need customers!!. Ridiculous. Time to transfer all my prescriptions and stop dealing with the excuses!!!!

There isn’t a pharmacy that I go to where the staff doesn’t completely make me feel like I’m personally stressing them out. But one worker stands out at the Canal St CVS in Salem in the pharmacy department. Her name is Genesis. She is everything that you want in a pharmacy technician. She treats each customer Individually and politely. She’s friendly while remaining professional. She always puts on a happy face and never makes me feel like I’m bothering her.. And she gets as busy as anybody else but when she gets busy, she gets a good attitude in gear and digs in. When she’s present, her other coworkers have better attitudes and work better.. When she’s not there, it feels as if the machine has lost a wheel. When I go to the pharmacy, any pharmacy, I’m always made to feel like I’m a problem. But when I see Genesis behind the counter, I know it’s all gonna be all right.. I know I’m gonna get helped with a friendly attitude that I wish everybody had. I am going as far as to say that Genesis is most likely, not only the best pharmacy technician in CVS, But the best pharmacy technician I’ve ever experienced. She deserves a raise and a promotion.

I just went to this store to pick up my prescription, and they told me my medication is out of stock. My script happens to be an over-the-counter product that can be hard to find due to seasonal allergies, so my doctor decided to assist me by putting it on a script. When I glanced at their store shelf within the pharmacy, I happened to noticed my medication. I said, "Oh, you do have it!" motioning to the associate in the direction of the shelf. She embarrassingly retrieved the product and sold it to me over the counter. I never used to have issues with this store, but lately I'm finding it harder to get my scripts refilled with them. I'm done with this store. To top off this experience, the sales associate, Brian, who handled my other transaction up front called me a PITA to my face. I did a double take and clarified it from him and he smiled and confirmed what he said. When I asked to speak with the store manager, he said he was the manager. Any manager in their right mind would not call any customer a pain in the a-- to their face. Again, I'm done with this store.

You can’t have this place be a one-man operation. Then if someone’s late the place can’t open according to schedule and everyone is just standing here. You’re making everyone else late now.

This place is awful. Every single time I have tried to have a prescription filled in this location there has been an issue that results in me spending anywhere between 2 hours and 2 days calling between my doctors office and the pharmacy to try to get my prescription filled. I am not exaggerating when I say every single prescription. I have not once had a good experience in the 10+ times I have gone. Stay away from their pharmacy.

I have been shopping at this store #7109 for little over 3 years .I never had any bad experiences at this store . All the employees are amazing ,friendly & hardworkers & that’s why I continue to shop here. They are all so helpful if I need help.They go out there way to help u . They make me feel comfortable .ALL OF U ARE AMAZING !!!

The inside of the store is fine, but the sidewalk going around the front of the store is disgustingly dirty -- trash, cigarette butts, old ice salt. To the Store Manager, please take 20 minutes of an associates time each day and keep it clean.

Although I only use local, private Village Pharmacy for prescriptions, I travel the extra miles to this CVS, not the closest CVS to my home, because of the staff and service. Yes, I wish it was one of the larger stores, but the manager and staff make it worth the drive.

Pharmacy staff are rude and unhelpful, scripts are consistently on back order (happened to me 5 times this year) and the staff gets defensive and annoyed when asked when they expect delivery.Also, they’re not willing to check other locations and have to be asked multiple times to do so. The last time this happened to me a pharm tech said “I know ur frustrated, but how do u think I feel…I’m pregnant and been on my feet all day”. When I said “that’s really not my issue or my problem” she then threatened to not give my script. Super unprofessional.Retail staff on the other hand are nice, so I say shop there, but DON’T get ur scripts there.

There is nothing in stock. ever. i go to cvs as a college student to get things i need. (a broke college kid) this store is the only store in walking distance i can get to. i always go here and nothing i need is ever in stock, makeup, food, nothing. there are just sections of things that have not been stocked in months and are still empty since the the month of september. this cvs is horrible.

if you want to wait 30+ minutes for minuteclinic, wait no further, or, rather, wait further because you won’t be seen for a while. checked in 10 minutes before appointment only to become a skeleton and cancel my appointment because I had other commitments. unbelievable
