I understand that pharmacy staff need a break but being closed 1:30-2:00 every day? That is my lunch break. Don't say "sorry for the inconvenience" - this is when people have a lunch break and need to pick up their prescriptions. It's a public health issue, not just an inconvenience. I'll be changing pharmacies.

I registered for vaccinations and the experience was pleasant. I was greeted and shown to vaccination area and assisted in a reasonable amount of time. The employee was efficient, pleasant and empathetic. I could not have asked for more.

This pharmacy has people that care about you getting your medicine.The entire medical system is messed up but it’s my belief they sincerely do their best in a tough medical landscape.Minor improvements would be bringing one or two staff members up to snuff with the rest, but stillWorth a 5 star review considering how I’ve been treated elsewhere.

The pharmacy bungled a perscription fill, causing a two week delay, and rather than working with us to solve the problem, hung up on us. Absolutely unacceptable. Shop elsewhere.

Generally I have a good experience with this pharmacy. But recently they didn’t have a migraine medication I needed so they sent it to another store that had it in stock. 5 or 6 days later haven’t heard from that pharmacy and they want the prescription number. When I refilled I tossed that prescription bottle. 2 days into a migraine. This pharmacy says, “not my problem”. I’m changing pharmacies

Poor customer service. I tried to return some advil that my mother had purchased me at a different cvs location. The person at the counter told me that they don't sell the 130ct advil, and that other stores don't sell it either. I told him I knew that my mother bought it at cvs because she used to work there. He then just argued with me, told me that he personally stocks the shelves and has worked at many different stores so he knows. I worked there for a number of years and different stores carry different products. He was rude and unnecessary and I will never return to that location.

Definitely don't have their priorities straight. We wish they were as concerned about their machine working as they are concerned about the masks. If one needs to spend 15 mins in the store instead of 30 seconds, assuredly the of infections is increased far beyond any PPE.
