Carlo's auto repair employees are great people that work hard, they get the job done quickly, and fair prices on the repairs. I'll recommend many people to bring their cars to Carlo's. I don't recommend. I took my car there for breaks an a light was told 200$ went to pick it up an was told 1,200. Plugs. My alarm was deactivated, my undercarriage was broken an my headlight wires are hanging underneath my car. They have no consideration when it comes to putting your car back together. When I tried reaching out to the owner he looked at my car walked away an blocked me. He's so unprofessional.

Called in regards to a job position. The man got an attitude with me for no apparent reason and hung up on me. Cant imagine how you guys treat customers and/or employees.

Carlos is the kindest most helpful man I’ve met in a long time! My daughter and I broke down in Salem on a Friday evening on a road trip from DC and he took my car when know one else would and worked on it all weekend. We are from another state and got a nail in the tire and every place in Salem didn’t want to help us at all and at 9:00 at night, Carlos and his crew welcomed us with open arms, fixed the tire and was gonna charge us nothing for it. Best place and people we ever could have asked for!

Needed a new clutch I bought one myself they gave me a price and they agreed to install it. Took a couple days and when I went to get it he jacked up the price by $300 because they did it wrong and had to do over. When I told him that was bogus he said he had the keys and didn’t have to give them to me. When I got the car back, he said he drove it and it was fine but when I left I had to pull over at a gas station, call him, and wait for his guys to come and fill the radiator. The car was over heating because there was NO fluid in it! The radiator cap was also missing. The horn was gone and I needed an alignment. It was a ridiculous mess. I was NOT happy with their services and I will not be doing business with them ever again.

Best place to bring your car, so fair with all prices. Everyone there is so friendly. They have your car in and out so fast. I've had many cars worked on but this place is amazing.
