“I see that there are a number of complaints. But I have lived near this office for nearly a decade and do all of my banking there. I have always found the people courteous and willing to help -- with banking, notarizing, check cashing, etc. ATM used dozens of times without a problem. I'm certainly not saying the complaints are wrong, but they are just very unlucky -- because I've been there scores of times and never once had a problem. I'd recommend this bank and this branch!”

“This is a great location, easy to get in and out with plenty of parking. The personal bankers and tellers are very friendly and efficient. The offices are actual offices with doors! I hate the BOA's with personal bankers seated at open desks or cubicles- people listening to all of your private banking business. Cons: No drive up ATM and the indoor ATM is not a Multi-Check Deposit ATM (the kind that accepts a stack 10 checks at once).”
