This place is great at accepting new clients!Maureen is very welcoming! She is also very good at dealing with dogs that have high anxiety. My first time meeting Maureen she met with me so that my two dogs could get to know her. The following weekend she fit me right into the schedule. They both came home happy & clean! Not to mention, they let her cut their nails, and they never let anyone get near them.

Despicable subhuman drug addict is always under the influence. Maureen Hohmann is not to be trusted with animals. She will make them attack her and then blame your pet.

Maureen is magnificent!! She treats you like family, and your dogs like they are her own. I trust her with my Frenchie, who has been going to her for about a year now. Previously my big half Great Pyrenees/Alaskan Malamute went to her for baths and a trim. Prices are the best you'll find around the area. I'm so happy with how Maureen is with my baby. We'll continue our patronage to her!

Maureen was very gentle with our 7month old shy puppy. When I called Laundro-Mutt, Maureen was reassuring that she was confident in taking the challenge of being the first to groom our nervous puppy. Maureen handled her with care and confidence. We will be back!!

This woman just destroyed my dog's beautiful coat. We bring our baby to be groomed, and told her not to trim the coat, just to wash her. and yes, she didn't trim the coat...she shaved it! Now my dog is all uneven, with shaved belly, shaved ears, shaved paws, shaved butt...a horrible service! Also, we brought the dog on a Friday (she stayed there for 6 hour). Then we got a phone call that the service was not finalized, to bring her back again next day (for another 6 hours). We got to the place and the lady was not even there yet... After 12 hours total, my baby looks like a mess! She doesn't smell like she was washed. Just do yourself a favor and don't bring your loved dog there....worst service ever!
