Amazing resource! I got Suet, with which I made terrific tallow for making french fries...mmmmm! So hard to find grass fed suet in any store - can't live without this farm!

Lilac Hedge Farm is a 500 acre pasture raised meats farm in Rutland and Holden Massachusetts. We sell our meats as well as other local farm products through our weekly home delivery service across the state. In addition, we run a Farm Stand and ice cream year-round. Seasonally we add Farm Kitchen and Bar selling and serving local brew and casual farm to table bites. We enjoy hosting live music all weekend long during warm weather seasons and host a variety of on-farm events for the whole family. We're located at 216 Wachusett Street in Rutland, Massachusetts.
