“The counter people and delivery people are super friendly and helpful. There was a period of time a few years ago where I was having constant problems with lost and mis-delivered packages but I haven’t had any problems in over 2 years. I believe whatever the issue was got resolved.”
“Edit: after expressing my concern I received a call from the acting postmaster David. He went out of his way to talk to me for 20 minutes on his personal cell phone and made me feel valued and addressed my concerns. Also a big shout out to Ryan the supervisor who has also gone above and beyond just to be pleasant and accommodatingAbsolutely terrible service. I have been hung up on and talked to rudely by both supervisors zack etc. I was told that the mail carrier would get to me when he gets to me. We run a business where they pick up our packages every day and we provided over $40,000 in revenue for the Postal Service last year alone. They could care less and still when I call to have my packages picked up even when I put an online request I end up sitting on hold until I give up or being talked down to. Absolutely a travesty of what the post office once was”
