“The owners of this store have restored faith in humanity.One Massachusetts woman threw away her shot at $1 million — but in a twist of fate, got a second chance at the fortune.Lea Rose Fiega of Springfield won $1 million in the Massachusetts State Lottery's "Diamond Millions" instant game on March 30, a pre-tax cash prize she scored from a $30 ticket bought at Lucky Stop in Southwick, according to the Massachusetts State Lottery.It's thanks to the owners of Lucky Stop, though, that Fiega got that far — because days earlier, she tossed her ticket in the trash, the owners told told MassLive."She was scratching one day and gave the ticket back to my mom to throw out," Abhi Shah, whose family owns the shop, told the outlet.The winning ticket sat in a pile for 10 days until Shah double-checked the discarded tickets, and quickly realized that one hadn't been fully scratched. Once he finished it off, he made quite the discovery."I had $1 million in my hand," Shah told NBC/CW affiliate WWLP. "I wanted to do something good."Added his father Maunish Shah: "We didn't sleep two nights. He called my grandparents in India, [and] they said, 'Give it back, we don't want that money.'"Because Fiega is a regular at the store, the family knew that the winning ticket was hers, so Shah dropped by her place of work nearby to clue her in, according to MassLive.Though she was concerned something was wrong, Shah reportedly calmed her nerves by telling her, "No, it's something good. It will change your life."Maunish Shah told WWLP that as soon as Fiega came in, he gave her the $1 million ticket and she began to cry."I am sleeping peacefully," Abhi Shah told MassLive.According to the state lottery, the Southwick Lucky Stop will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the ticket.”

“I've personally have had nothing but great expirences here! I've been coming probably once a day Mon-Fri for 2 years or so cuz I work really close by. The owner and his son have never been anything but polite, nice, helpful, and respectful to me. They know what I like too and try to accommodate me whenever possible. Ive only gotten a grinder once and it was good but nothing to write home about. Although I personally know several dozen people who swear it's the BEST deli in town and I wouldnt doubt it. One day I had forgotten my wallet, and I didnt even notice until I had about 20$ or more in merchandise, I was embarrassed to say the least, and was about to return everything to the shelves when the owner said "dont worry about it, you're a good customer. I'll put it on a tab for you and you can pay me next time!! I am a good customer but still that's way above and beyond what you'd get for treatment anywhere else. I highly recommend this family owned local MOM and POP for all deli, alcohol, lottery, or convience needs!!”

“I’ve always received great, friendly service here. Today I bought the mozzarella sticks and they were fresh and perfectly cooked. If you need/want marinara sauce you need to ask the people at the fast food chicken place inside there. The sauce is free. I’ll definitely be back to buy them again.”

He closed in the mid 60's and people were always worried that someone not worthy would take it over and ruin the name, Not to worry, the Right owners have it now. “I've been going here since this place opened. The service I've had has always been good, whether I'm getting gas or looking for one of their entrees for a quick dinner or a cup of coffee. They have a lot of our deli favorites, such as chicken curry and chicken parm. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, and the store is always sparkling clean. Really nice place to go to.”

“It was so great to finally get my shingles shot. What a friendly and competent group working in the pharmacy. I then decided to have a prescription sent over after spending $75 at another drug store. They worked above and beyond my expectations trying to put a coupon from the drug company into the computer which the other drug store said they couldn’t. They ended up saving me $60 on that prescription. Thank you to all in the pharmacy department for your professionalism and helpfulness. It was much appreciated.”

“Originally I was going to give this store 1 star due to the cold shoulder I was given by one of the cashiers. I think her name tag said Sara? Not too sure. Didn't greet me with anything but a dirty look. Maybe because I came in a half hour before close? But all I wanted was a Monster energy drink. Once I was ready to pay I was cashed out by another young lady named Natalie and she is the reason I'm giving this store 5 stars. She has amazing customer service skills and didn't make me feel as if I was "putting her out" for being there. Thank you, Natalie!”
