I am still in the early phases of working with NACA. I have heard good things about this organization and am looking forward to going through the process. I had my first meeting with a counselor and they were informative, thorough and patient.

So far the NACA process is a little tedious but overall it still appears to be the best program for first time homebuyers across the country. I still recommend sticky through it til the end!

Attended the workshop and had my first loan counseling session a few months ago. The process is seamless but uploading the required documents can be time consuming. Once you have completed the initial steps, its easy communicating with the loan counselor to understand the overall process.
