I rate this place a one star I have bought a car from them in 2023 not only were they so rude and unprofessional two months later the car overheated three times started leaking all sorts of fluids under my hood I most definitely do not recommend this horrible business I hope you sell this place and do better

The staff were great, some language difficulty, but we're very helpful showing their vehicles. Convenient location on Blue Hill Road in Roxbury.

Went to fix my coils and radiator.. from overheating… for the 3rdtime …same mechanic in the back…over charged me and plus still was never fixed professionally… also he left my coils unscrew 2 of the 4.. I went back he said that it’s ok to be like that .. that it wouldn’t give me no problems … definitely not going there ever again and would not recommend…

The owner George took his time over the phone to discuss cars and process. In person, we looked at several cars and found one. The customer service is excellent and George Is knowledge about cars and the process. The car passed inspection. I would recommend Motor City Boston for used car purchase. You will not be disappointed.

Bad service, the owner has no control over his business whatsoever and it seemed very fishy to me. The guy had no idea or control over what cars were already sold or being bought. It was a complete mess. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Awful place to get a car. DO NOT!!! go there to buy your car. Complete lack of professionalism, went there to get a car and only got headaches. Looks super sketchy and shady. Im glad i passed on the car i was gonna get there. The staff is completely unprofessional with their dealings.

Has the curb appeal, but behind those doors it gets a little sketchy, some type of front.If you also search The Resistance Castillo auto mall, you see what type of rejects work at this place. Owner is smart enough to own a business, not smart enough to know simple American rights, and stupid enough to hire liabilities.
