If I could give it zero star or -10 stars, I would. This site has the worst customer service ever. The crazy thing is that the one person with a really bad attitude was training a new employee. Never again

My mom went to buy and mail a money order. She said the clerk was very rude to her, became annoyed when she asked questions, and responded with attitude. He had zero patience to answer any of her questions, he gave her short answers and spoke under his breathe. He then complained to other coworkers about her in the vicinity, which she heard very clearly. He even had the audacity to tell the person he was speaking to on the phone how annoyed he is about the questions she asked. He raised his voice to the point where my mom felt scared, unsafe and started crying. This behavior should not be tolerated at any business/establishment, it creates a toxic environment and scares customers away. Which are necessary to maintain the place open. I hope this employee learns to leave his personal issues at home and not take it out on my poor mother who replied with nothing but kindness and understanding.

Supposed to open lobby at 7:30 am for access to PO boxes. This NEVER happens. Then the window is supposed to open at 8:30; they never get around to it until after nine. Today, a weekday, they never opened at all! I went there at 9:45 - locked and closed. Went there at 12:15 - locked and closed. They are awful. I lost an entire day of work because I couldn't get the mail.

Standing in line for over an hour. I was next in line and the man doesn’t say a word just puts closed up. People behind the counter were taking so long and the line wasn’t even that long. They need a manager or someone higher up to teach some customer service training.

I have been there several times as I worked in the neighborhood. They clearly do not open at 8:30am because I waited until nearly 9am. There is one clerk there who is so unprofessional and just rude everytime I see him I just wait until I can get another clerk. do yourself a favor don't use them not the greatest choice.

When George isn't around, folks are rude. It also feels like this location is VERY understaffed which probably contributes to employee morale.

They opened an hour late. When I got there for the second time that day, the person at the desk couldn’t have been more unhelpful and rude. Whole transaction they had a condescending tone of voice and I had to needle everything out of them just to get my package.

If your package is important you should take insurance because maybe there i chances to package come empty...In my case my friends send me LED lights from Boston to spain he use standard package service.. my package stuck in custom clearance for 1 month in Madrid and lack of information they send back to New York after they send back again to Spain this time also take 1 month in custom clearance but finally this time package arrived i was so happy but when i open package but package was empty so..i prefer to take insurance

Not like USPS would care about customer reviews, but this has to be the worst post office ever. The old guy at the desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. I wish USPS would do something about it.

Incredibly awful post office. Staff were not even present for good 10 minutes as just talking in the back despite long line of people. When one staff member finally did show up, staff member told me I couldn’t have my dog in post office despite her quite visibly being a service dog and it clearly being labeled on every usps door that service dogs are allowed. Additionally complained about my handwriting as I grew up learning french cursive and still write as such, while laughing calling up people behind me to get opinion of my 9s which by the way I write like the keyboard and they insisted I change which fine, however my label was already taped over and when tried to take tape off was just ripping the paper with it. So asked them several times for a label which in any other usps office would already be by the desks which they refused to do and after several times asking for it they finally ripped off the side of an empty name tag. Incredibly rude, degrading, annoying experience and will next time despite this being right down the street from me be taking the trip to Fenway or Newton Post office.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. There is a reason they only have 1.5 stars. They close at 1:00 on Saturday even though their door and online says 2:00! They will not let you ship anything past 1:00. They are very rude and obviously don't care about customers at all.

Update: Ok. I was a little harsh in my initial review. The clerks are pretty nice once you get to know them, but this place is definitely in need of some renovations.
