I wish I could go back and update my review, but I can't, so I'm here on another account. I forgot to mention they in fact ripped THREE posters that were my deceased uncle's posters. Also after my first review they called up my mother saying how they're in fact good movers, no apologies, no reimbursement, etc. Terrible company, again do not use this moving company if you care about your belongings

First said they couldn't take down my posters since they'd be responsible for ripping them, ok fine. But then I see them proceed to RIP a poster right off my wall and throw it on the floor all wrinkled. Don't use this moving company.

I think they opened up a homeless shelter in their parking lot. Or there are just random people that hang out there To do drugs An drink. Most of them are thieves from what I've been told

I had such a great experience with this company the crew that I had moving my stuff was amazing. They took their time, they got everything and they made sure everything was safe and secure. They also put my things in the proper place. I’ve never experienced a more friendly aim to please type of moving company. I really appreciated it.

Today, I witnessed some of your employees going out of their way to help an elderly woman who fell. They really took extra time and care to assist (practically carry) her to her car and make sure she was safe. It was heartwarming to witness their act of kindness during their work day. You have exceptional people working for you.

Thank you SO MUCH Randy Davekos for reaching out to my boyfriend, Dave Raymond's email about donating moving pads to "Sweet Paws Rescue." I have worked with Wakefield Moving and Storage now for over 2 years. They are great people who provide a quality moving experience for all. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone moving in the Boston area.
