Had to give at least one store in order to post this review but they deserve no stars for this establishment. My brother and his wife, who are both handicapped, went there to grab a quick bite to eat today. Never had a problem before today. First they told them they didn't have a seat that could accommodate them, and then the waitress that was supposed to be "serving" them treated them like dirt. They did not have hot dogs that are normally on the menu and when my sister in law turned to my brother, who is profoundly deaf, spoke loudly asking him if he'd just like cheese and crackers since they had to eat something. Then, the waitress rudely said "I don't have time for this" and walked away. They clearly need to be schooled on customer service. Shame, shame, shame on you. Glad my brother and his wife walked out after that.

We (J&C Entertainment DJ's & Karaoke of Ipswich) have played here a number of times. Large hall upstairs with a good dance floor and a nice stage. Clean restrooms and a bar downstairs. Five stars!
