We needed new phones and went to Rowley Verizon and got the BEST person! Marcus was great in every way and very patient with our technological weaknesses throughout the journey! He was very pleasant and helpful and we are beyond grateful to him! ❤️
We went back to the store almost 3 months later when we had a couple of confusing changes in a phone we bought mentioned earlier. It was Sunday and someone named Wiguen was the only worker there during the time we were there. He was very helpful and kind and he made a huge difference for us. We are very grateful to Wiguen and to this store for the outstanding representatives we have had there!

I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 yrs . I had the worst experience at the Rowley store today , My phone was showing sim failure yesterday , I did everything it said to do on the Verizon app still nothing . I called Verizon in Rowley the salesperson told me to come . I went right to the store . That same salesperson looked at my phone in about 5 min and said oh you need a new phone . We have a couple of good plans going on right now . I asked can’t you just put a new SIM card . Oh no he responds . It’s not the card it’s what reads the card , I can give you a new phone for $1200.00 and you will get a credit for $830.00 or you can pay it off for $430.00 and just buy a new one for about $1200.00. You monthly bill will increase about 30 plus dollars a month plus tax . I am living on SS. I felt as though I was being taken so I left . I came home and called Verizon and they apologized a number of times and fixed my problem over the phone .. my complaint is not about Verizon but the Rowley store just trying to scam me to buy a new phone . I called the manager . He sends his apologies.

If there was 10 stars for Marcus I would give that - exceptional service!!! Marcus not only was extremely proficient & knowledgeable but also warm & kind. He made great suggestions on promotions to add value & just really made things so easy in upgrading my phone & other services. Thank you so much!!

Tim was great in working to switch a landline to wireless. He clearly knew what he was doing. He even knew more than the Verizon employees on the phone.

I really hate going to the retail cell phone stores. I usually buy my phones online. There is usually a line here. Service is good depending on what guy you get.

Josh at Wireless Zone in Rowley, MA was truly outstanding! He was extremely courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. In addition, he took his time to explain in detail all our issues, concerns and anxieties associated with the purchase of new Apple IPhones for both myself and my wife. It was an exceptional experience!

Absolutely awful. Have gone to this location for years and the staff was competent, helpful and got everything settled for your account swiftly. Now ! Ugh! First matter of business is not to listen to what you want but rather upsell and push things you don't want or need. Then when you want something completed like a trade in they tell you to come back. Go to a different location !!! Don't go to Rowley ! They are terrible !!!!
