“There's nothing wrong with this place I'm surprised the staff are just great I can tell you do pick carefully who to hire and the security of your mail is incredible Its never damaged and the hygiene is great it's some of the cleanest work I've ever seen same with the smell it's an overall great service I highly suggest you try it out.”

41 S Main St, Middleton“I gave a 4 star rating because I've always had very good customer service at the Middleton Post Office, but today I was so annoyed and felt compelled to air my grievance. I called their phone number not once, not twice, but 3 times this morning. It range 11 times then straight to a busy signal. NO ONE would answer the phone! I had a very quick, simple question. All I wanted was my carrier's name so I could put it on her Christmas card. The greeting says to stay on the line for the next available representative. I ended up having to drive to the post office just to get my question answered. The woman behind the counter first said they were too busy to answer the phone this morning, then told me that she didn't even think the ringer was on because the phone hadn't rung all day. Seriously????? I too work in a busy office, but would never, ever not answer the phone. To shut the ringer off so they don't have to is not just bad customer service, it's downright rude!”

6 Elm St C, Salisbury“A tiny, quaint post office with only one service window, as far as I could see, and a small but typical lobby full of PO boxes and mail drop-off chutes. Still, when I stopped by on a recent midday, things were super quiet, and I was able to get some stamps and mail some last-minute holiday cards super quickly and efficiently.”
“I shipped 10 boxes from Dallas, TX to Bogota, Colombia (about 500 lbs) and everything arrived safely and promptly. Great customer service experience, would highly recommend it (and I work in the customer service industry so I have high expectations when someone is providing a service)... ask for Edward.”
“I am surprised at the bad reviews - I go here instead of my own PO because the people at Boxford are inept. Lose mail when it's been held, leave a note to pick up a package and then take it out again so I can't pick it up, or leave packages lying in the snowbank. Give incorrect info about hold requests. Haven't had a problem in Georgetown.”

“New location at 47 Enon Street looks great: spacious, comfortable parking— you can park just in-front of the store entrance to download heavy and bulky shipments boxes. Guys inside the store are helpful. The manager Nick with his team delivers. I think the owners have taken a right decision for this new location for helping customers better, like me. I had to ship overnight shipment and the gentleman at the desk took no time in handing over the tacking number and receipt. Thank you guys. Keep it up!”
“Just had an over-the-top wonderful experience with the staff at this location. They mailed a precious hand made item for me earlier in the week. They helped me when I was unable to track the package online. They remembered me when I called today. The recipient was no longer at the address I used and I needed to have the pkg returned to Rowley UPS. The situation was handled in minutes and they were pleased and eager to help me. I’m thrilled this pkg won’t be lost in space!!! Would never use any other carrier.”
