John is always responsive to questions, has extensive knowledge of real estate in Rowley and surrounding towns, and his professionalism and personable style make him a pleasure to work with. Our search ended when we bought a house on a quiet road in a great location and we're grateful that John helped guide us every step of the way.

I can’t recommend John McCarthy highly enough. We initially met him as the seller agent when we were buying our first house and were so impressed by him, that we asked him to be our agent when we were ready to sell that house and buy our new home. He is always available and will entertain any offers and ideas with great guidance to help you get the best deal for your sale as well as your purchase. He is incredibly hard working and I never had to wonder if I should ask him to write/do something or not. He was always willing to help and answer any questions we had. He is an excellent agent with great knowledge of the market and incredible Interpersonal skills.

We used John McCarthy to sell our home in 2022 and couldn’t have been happier. He kept us updated throughout the process and was always available when we had questions. He understands the business and was instrumental in keeping all parties informed. He also helped us in a pinch to hire a locksmith and electrician when we needed it for getting the house ready for listing. I would highly recommend John whether you are looking to sell or buy. I lived in Rowley for over 25 years. I raised two sons in my home, and when the time came to sell my home to a new family, I contacted John McCarthy at Rowley Realty. I was nervous as this was uncharted territory for me. John took complete control and guided me through the process of listing, pictures, contact for lawyer, open houses, and a overwhelming amount of offers. He then took care of closing ( I did not have to attend). It was a great experience and I would recommend John and Rowley Realty to anyone. Thank you John!!
