If you've never experienced a small town pharmacy, you have to try it to know why they are generally much higher rated than the chains. And there may be no better place that Rowley Pharmacy.They may not carry as broad a range as the chains, they have almost anything you need, especially when it comes to Rx filling. They go out of their way to help you with getting what you need, and in the 18 months or so I've been a customer I have never once taken issue with their policies or actions. They work with my medical provider and although because of old habits dying hard, I have tended to call and confirm when a script was sent in, they have always been polite and accommodating, and never missed a beat.Lastly while their hours may be tighter than you are used to, I cannot help noticing how most chains have taken to reducing hours or even simply shuttering some of their locations. Kinda makes store hours less of an issue!

We have used this pharmacy for over 30 yrs. They are wonderful. Can't imagine getting our prescriptions filled anywhere else. So happy to have them in Rowley!

Bill and Gene seem to know everyone, they're usually really busy but never let that get in the way of personable knowledgeable care. We've been customers for 20 years, and never a single mistake. When a prescription issue comes up, they call us ! They offered to send refill requests to the doctor long before that was standard. Never a wait in a long line, always greeted with a friendly "hello Patrick!" upon entering. We're fortunate to have them here in Rowley.

most awesome place!! Gene went out of his way to deliver much needed Tums to my homebound 96 yo friend when i called late in the day from 2000 miles away.i personally would never use any other pharm again when visiting there

In town visiting family and was so happy with my experience! Very professional and helpful! Went out of their way to order me what I needed in a rapid manner. Great service and personal attention. They support you and ask questions and aid you in having a cold for cough drops that work to getting your prescriptions filled. If there is a problem, they work with you or your doctor or insurance to resolve it.
