“The Mattress Depot has a large selection on display. Al the owner, is helpful finding exactly what your looking for in a mattress. I traveled up from Middleboro and it was worth the trip. I picked out a mattress and it was fed-ex to my home a few days later.
I give this business 5 stars but it deserves 10 plus.

“This place is a gem I gave it an extra star for the Tuesday lady that was working on Wednesday ;) June 26, 2024 .So sorry I forgot her name . She was so informative and knowledgeable for all the sea questions we had non related to the shop lol she was better than a tour guide . Also a friend costumer walked in and gave us recommendations for supper at the local starboard galley which was s’efforça le and totally fresh! Chowder was like my grandma from NB yum. Back to the shop.. lol the prices are really reasonable with a mixture of local crafts/vendors and antiques. Sorry about long review but I loved it”
“Just went in here (on their 3rd birthday), these ladies are SUCH DOLLS! The store is curated beautifully and it was such a nice experience looking around in the nooks and crannies. It’s not overfilled though, which I’m sure is tricky to do with antiques. Great store! ?”

“Maria helped me pick out two perfect oversized leather chairs and ottomans for my condo. The leather is luxurious and the chairs are incredibly comfortable. I also bought a beautiful desk along with a bookcase for my home office space. Buying a comfortable office chair was a bit tricky but Maria had the patience to show me a variety of chairs and was extremely helpful in finding the perfect chair for me! The upholstery is of a high quality at a great price point for American hand-made furniture.I prefer to spend more upfront for a quality piece and reupholster when I change my decor rather than buy poorly made pieces held together with a couple of screws that will end up in a landfill in a few years.Also, Kerry and all of her staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and always willing to spend the the time with you for design questions. “This is a a really, really nice store. I make it a point to visit when I am in Newburyport. There is a vague French theme but mostly the items are high end housewares. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom. There is a smattering of food items, mostly canned and bottled stuff. I'm terms of the staff, I've never had a problem. They are waspy looking North Shore women of a certain age. What do you want? They ring me up and I'm on my way.”
