“We needed new phones and went to Rowley Verizon and got the BEST person! Marcus was great in every way and very patient with our technological weaknesses throughout the journey! He was very pleasant and helpful and we are beyond grateful to him! ❤️
We went back to the store almost 3 months later when we had a couple of confusing changes in a phone we bought mentioned earlier. It was Sunday and someone named Wiguen was the only worker there during the time we were there. He was very helpful and kind and he made a huge difference for us.
