Purchased a 2016 Cadillacs Escalade around the end of December I’m from Vermont had to take the registration back home to pay to register before the vehicle could leave the lot I had to pay 1700 for registration just for dana to tell me I did not do the paper work right he won’t release my vehicle I tell him each step i did that the dmv says it done right and he proceeds to talk to me like I’m dumb and tell me how he has done this for years well low and behold I was correct dana was not in the current know as to how things were being done he then refused to release my vehicle the long story short when I received the vehicle it went into a garage jan 5 it needed total motor replacement the the camshaft was destroyed the warranty people had to send a field investigator cause they couldn’t believe it just to confirm the dealership mechanic here in town was right the mechanic at the Chevrolet dealership in town stated there is no way he did not know about this, that or he swapped out your parts before he released the vehicle also mind you this is not a auction house vehicle this was his own daughters personal vehicle he took and sold through the dealership cause she got a new suv a Lincoln. I lost a 5k down payment to this 1700 in Vehicle registration fees and payment from January till now current of almost 600 a month I have been with out this vehicle since I purchased it the credit company just agreed to take it back cause my initial report was made with in days of purchase but I’m still out evry penny I spent and based on other reviews of this same problem this is a major re occurring issue from this dealership and his business is a con his word is given fast and holds no meaning i have video of the vehicle on his property In front of the dealer ship when I went to get it sounding like it was going to explode after refused to release it mind you I have video of the vehicle the day I bought It running not making a sound so do your own math on this review and really think before you buy this 3 star review his buisness has is because of reasons like I just described in the end I made the choice to buy this I own that blame but they were responsible for providing honest and fair business

Huge time scam artist!!! He has his mechanics detail broken vehicles and cover up all the MAJOR problems so you dont notice your getting ripped off. Stay clear from these guys

Purchased a 2018 GMC 2500 , Neil and Dana both provided excellent customer service and even made arrangements with outside vendor to correct a minor issue free of charge.
You can’t ask for more than that.
Once again Dana has proven he is true too his word. Had a minor problem with my GMC 2500 that I purchased from D&D and once again Dana fixed the issue for me in a very timely manner as he said it would be, and yes again, FREE OF CHARGE.
No better place to buy a vehicle…TOP NOTCH 100%

These guys are great! We bought a Chevy captiva from them a year ago and have had no problems with the car except for regular maintenance. We did have an issue that needed to be fixed before I could get a new inspection sticker. We brought the car in and Dana took care of everything. I would definitely buy another car from them.

I bought a 2016 F-250 from Dana about 8-9 months ago, decent price the truck had 182,000 miles on it. I just passed 23,000 miles since I bought the truck, and have had no issues besides regular maintenance. This was my first truck and had a great experience, didn’t get attacked by sales guys when I rolled up, and Dana was super helpful with it being my first vehicle. I’ll be going back in a couple months, to get a second truck for my buisness! See you soon!

SCAM ALERT!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I own a small buisness and needed a work van and found this place online and online they state "10 year 100k warranty." Our van was skipping and having issues within 3 months of purchase come to find out van needs a whole engine replacement. I contacted Dana and he told me I choose to opt out of warranty which is 100% false why would I opt of of a 10 year 100k warranty. I made the mistake and fell for their trap. Please don't make the same mistake. Take your money elsewhere!
EDITED; DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THIS GUY TELLS YOU WHY WOULD I FINANCE A 20K VAN THATS SOLD "AS IS" I CAN GO GET A $3200 VAN FOR THAT!!! OVER THE PHONE HE TOLD ME I OPTED OUT OF WARRANTY WHICH IS FUNNY SINCE APPARENTLY THERE IS NO WARRANTY GUY IS A CLASS ACT SCUM BAG. DO NOT BUY HERE YOU WILL 100% REGRET IT I KNOW I DID- RESPECFULLY WADE

Do not go to this place they are scam artist. My buissness partner bought a van through them and a few months later we noticed a tick coming from the motor. We had it looked at by a mechanic that said the motor was junk. Called Dana and they said it's not under warranty and that we opted out of the warranty. They clearly advertise that there is a extended warranty on every vehicle they sell. That is false and these people are a big scam that sell junk at a high price. Very disappointed with this place

edition at the end: THE PROS OF SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT STOP HERE. Shady GUYS from the get go! ALL vehicles never shown mileage online. Then, you decide to fall in the trap Dana & Neil are prepared. Most of the vehicles have very high mileage and still the price is wayyyyy high of the books. They are VERY unfriendly when you start talking about the issues that people talk on reviews. they don't like to sell you a vehicle cash. Like this all those VERY SHADY FEES BLOWN TO THE ROOF are dissolved into installments, then is too late to complain about a VAN, FIXED WITH TAPE AND BLACK PAINT OVER THE MATS, THAT YOU CANNOT RETURN ANYMORE. Well unfortunately they are already known FACES and reputated for that. Save your money and patience. DONT GET SCAMMED HERE!
EDITION: Sure you are no the bank, The fees are there and the same old grumpy attitude with customers.

We just recently purchased an F350 Diesel from Neil and Dana for our Landscaping Business. It’s been a great truck and we paid a very fair price for it. Their customer service was great, and we got everything taken care of problem free.

I have the same problem. I had issues with my truck from day 1 first day i bought the truck it didnt even make it home before the check engine light came on. This truck has been back and forth to DND auto sales over the years. he had a Delete kit put on it. Because it had issues with the default system. Problem was solved for a year now comes inspection for 2024.now they refuse to give me a sticker nor a rejection sticker because of the Delete kit that was installed on the truck so now im paying for a truck i can't drive because it can't pass inspection. Does anyone have the same issue. Very disappointed

If I can give this place zero stars I would. I don’t ever write reviews but people should beware. My husband purchased a van here and within 24 hours the van left me stranded in the highway. Thankfully nothing happened but it could have caused an accident. I explained and they offered to “fix it”. Again within a couple of days check engine light came on. Guess what I brought it up but this time they weren’t too friendly. Picked up the van and it was okay for a couple of days. Check engine light came on again. Reached out and they ignored my calls and would say Dana wasn’t in the shop. Now they don’t answer my calls at all. Took it to another shop and immediately they found a bunch of issues. Turns out they were just turning the check engine light off. This place doesn’t care for the safety of their customers.

Bought a van from him lied about it being a great vehicle... couple months later van needed a transmission which we were able to get under his warranty that worked out, but was without it for two weeks. Ac didn't work had to have compressor replaced and unit recharged payed for by me . Also needed rear spring bushings which he said were fine, payed for by me again, asked him for a spare key which he said he would take care of would call he had an every excuse in the book, now the van need an engine which isn't covered!!! all his stuff is junk do yourself a favor stay away!!!!
