I ordered a dozen red roses with white baby breath $124 plus premium chocolate and balloon for my fiancé birthday. Disappointed in what was in the picture was nowhere near what was delivered in reality.

I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. She has cancer and her life will be short. I told the lady on the phone what message to put on the card. The flowers arrived at my sister's house with no card and no information where the flowers came from. That is very heartless from this lady. That also shows me that customers don't matter. If they cared they had my phone number on hand. If they lost the message it would make sense to call me and say hey what was that message again.

this is not a flower shop - the owner of the residence asked that people stop visiting and asking for flowers...edit: Is it just a delivery service? The address listed was 545 Beech Street Roslindale, MA, correct? A friendly elder woman answered the door explaining that she doesn't sell flowers and would appreciate people stop coming to her house.

Avoid using this florist. I placed a flower order on Wednesday for a Sunday delivery in Hyde Park and I requested it to be delivered between 10:30am - 12:30pm. They told me they couldn’t guarantee delivery for those hours but guaranteed it would be delivered by 6pm on Sunday. I called them Sunday at 1:30pm to try to get the delivery status and I stayed on hold for exactly 1 hour 5 minutes and they never answered the phone but they advertise that they’re open Sunday’s from 9am-3pm which is totally bogus and the flowers finally got delivered after 7pm. I am so very disappointed and will never use this company again.

I called to make sure they have pink lilies and roses with the arrangement posted on their site but what they delivered Was a few other flowers hardly worth 30$ and they charged 100$ for that deplorable arrangement .

Website says they will make substitutions and as you can see in the photo, they do, but will not use similar quality substitutions.

Due to COVID, the bouquet I ordered wasn’t as full as I wanted. However, Marie offered to remake it for free as “designer’s choice” so that she could use flowers that she was able to get and the result was gorgeous.Thanks, Marie!!
