Pros:- Brand-new washing machines- Convenient locationCons:- Expensive!!! Cost me $30 to wash + dry two normal-sized loads.- Half the dryers are always “out of service”.- Machines frequently eat your money; staff does nothing.- Other guests often abandon clothes in machines; staff does not remove abandoned clothing which results in massive backup. Very frustrating to see a wall of finished, dry laundry yet have nowhere to dry my wet clothes.- Dirty machines, dirty floors, sticky chairs.- Not enough laundry carts.I really wanted to like this place as the location is so great, and I recognize the staff work very hard. But after so much time and money wasted I really can’t recommend this place.

Please people do not come to these laundry please. These lady that work over there I don’t know what her name is. I went to her to tell her the washer machine took my money and didn’t start it. She start it screaming at me like I’m a ducking kids. She’s claim there were a paper on the washer that said the machine out of service. Wish there weren’t. Whoever these place owners is, please train your people how to speak to customer, especially it is my first time at the stupid place. I from the island too, how know damn right how to speak to people. This is the wrost please ever to come wash your clothes. She’s RUDE…. This is the rude lady to watch out for. My first time here, and this is how I was treat it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSMachines aren't maintained and are falling apart... Dryer didn't work because they aren't meant to do sheets? At least that's all I could understand front the staff who weren't very helpful. They tried to give me some dryer balls to throw in and then told me I had to pay more to try again... Never had any issues until today but this will be my last trip hereUpdate: Unfortunately I went back to this place out of sheer convenience for the location... Well, after adding $20 to my laundry card on February 25 it turned out the processing system on the actual machines was down and they had no idea how to fix it. I left for the day to another laundromat further away, figured I'd go back another day and use up that balance....Well, I went back today and low and behold the $20 I added to my card wasn't showing. I explained the situation to the woman working the desk and she didn't seem to understand or care. She checked my card which showed the last transaction being from January... No record of my deposit. I tried to explain it must have been lost when they reset their system or whatever. She proceeded to say how could she know I was telling the truth and when I told her to check the cameras I was screamed at before leaving.100% done with this place and will be filing a consumer complaint with the office of consumer affairs.

Nice and peaceful they have a choice of weather you want to do your own laundry or a full service wash and dry the lady's fold up your laundry nicely here. ? When ya wana B lazy. ?

Basically the worst laundromat around. After informing a staff member that the money I added on my card was missing (I mentioned watching the camera footage to prove it. She refused). She, then, started screaming and calling me a liar !A business owned by thieves.

The worst! Came here to wash one comforter in a large machine. The single load costs over 10 dollars for a 15 minute cycle. You can't see what cycle you have accidentally chosen until the cycle begins, and then it's too late to change. To do the wash you need a washing card. To get the card itself you need one single dollar bill - no coins, no credit card, no larger bill. Once you have successfully purchased that card, you need to put money on it. The ladies at the counter will not help you with this, other than pointing to the machine. Once the machine accepts your bills, make sure you let it finish talking and make an irritating CHA-CHING sound as if you just won a teddy bear. If you pull your card before that, you might lose the money you just stuffed into said machine. Now head over to the washers, and good luck finding one that is actually working. Today it seems like about one third of the washers and dryers are out of commission, including ALL the large dryers... Oh wait. The little paper stuck to them proclaiming "OUT OF SERVICE" in all caps is actually only for the customers. I know this because one of the ladies just came over to one of those dryers, took off the note, popped in her load, and then posted the note to another empty dryer that had given no indication of being broken. Meanwhile, my one load is done washing, and as I transfer it to one of the dirty carts marked "antimicrobial", I realize my laundry is sopping wet. Maybe my 10+ dollars did not include a spin cycle? I'll never know. After I shell out for a whole bunch of drying cycles in one of the small dryers without an "out of service" note, I am through almost all the cash I loaded onto that damn card. I'll suck up the rest, since you obviously can't get back any unused money, and hit the road without even folding my laundry. So long Quick Wash!

The ladies that work there not only can’t speak English or understand you but then have the nerve to say your lying when the stupid dryer or machine isn’t working and they yell at you when you do on top of it like if your a child! This is my first time typing a review never have I ever typed a review in my life but that’s how HORRIBLE MY EXPERIENCE WAS !! Sad part is I live across the street so they lost a customer that would of been there weekly smh ??♀️

Dryers are 45 cents for 8 minutes just for them not to work. If you let them know about the dryers they act oblivious and tell you you’re wrong. They won’t refund or pay for your clothes to dry even though you’ve already spent money the first round to dry them. Don’t come here, you’re only going to come to get your money wasted and your clothes wet.

The best time to come here is the morning, peace and quiet and machines are ready to use. After 1pm all Hell breaks loose, between staff not understanding anything you say and limited machines good luck. Not all staff are rude some of them can be nice but I wish they knew how to speak English better.

The lady who works in the afternoon is a person who should not attend to the public, if you tell her that you have a problem with a machine, she gets angry and answers you rudely in a very loud tone of voice.Today she is using most of the cars and she only left 2 available to the clients, it is something absurd. Terrible service.

Nice laundry, but the machine to recharge the card to pay doesn't accept credit cards. They do have an atm on site but is 2.50 per transaction. Lots of machines and dryers. Big space. Small folding table.

Avoid the laundry spot if you can$0.41 for each 8 minutes of drying. Last wash by 6pm Mon-Fri (idk Sat & Sun schedule) *** as of 1/19/21 I've deducted 3 stars because the laundromat has declined in likeability. More than 10 of their dryers are out of service, a significant increase of malfunctioning machines, including one of the two cash/card loading machines. While waiting for functional dryers to free up I overstayed my welcome (they close at 8pm) and had to bag my damp clothes. The restroom is filthy, the toilet is littered with dried crusty urine. I took it upon myself to clean off the seat with hand soap and paper towels. I'm sure that is wrong and very risky especially in a post covid world.5/13/22 reluctantly returned because the other place I usually go to is being renovated. The dryer ruined my mom's sheets with a red lipstick like stain in the dryer... another customer is upset due to dryers deducting $ but not working...

They charge 45 cents for 8 minutes just for the dryers not to work. The machines don't work but they're expensive. The owner is rude with bad attitude when you try to speak with her. Go somewhere else and save your money. I guarantee you'll only come here to waste.
