This service is so good that I have stopped treating injury to my car as anything other that a problem that Ken Will know how To solve. We have needed his help four times, and the service was respectful, transparent, and top-notch.

Ken is the greatest Autobody in Roslindale. He is such a nice guy. I met him through Postal Workers recommendation. He did such a good job on my truck. Left it new after an accident. Anytime I go in there to deliver mail he is super friendly and sometimes actually working on cars himself. He dealt with the insurance company and I didnt have to do a thing. Just get a clean vehicle when I was done. Even will work with rental if needed. Ken is a pro. Knows his stuff. Conveniently located close to Forest Hills station. Anyone that ask me I always send them to Ken at Elite. Truthful, Honest, Professional, and clean.

I had about $2k of body work that needed to be done through my insurance and Elite Body Works came highly recommended from multiple neighbors. From beginning to end, communication was clear and the process was easier than expected. They were thoughtful, honest and patient with my questions and care of my car. They got the job done within the timeframe and saved me some money without sacrificing quality. When I picked up my car, they had it looking new both inside and out. Thank you!!

Elite Body Works repaired my vehicle after a collision a few months ago and did amazing work - the car looked better than it did before the accident! Ken was very communicative and pleasant to work with. He’s also just a really nice person - when I went to pick up my car, he had just helped an elderly man outside his shop who was having trouble walking/standing - Ken had brought him a chair to sit in and some water and made sure he had a ride coming.

If everyone in the auto body business operated like Ken, it wouldn't have the reputation it does. Honest, fair, accessible, great work. Stay away from the dealships and chains and their overhead!

Ken is one of the most honest people I've found while trying to get body work done on my car. I came in to fix a sideswipe that had left some blemishes on the paint as well as a cracked mirror housing. Ken quoted a VERY reasonable price for both the replacement part and labor. When we found out that the piece for the mirror had been discontinued, Ken buffed out all the paint blemishes on the house and it's looking good as new. He also provided the part number so I could try finding the part on my own. A+ experience and I can't recommend Elite Body Works enough.

Elite Body Works, and especially Ken, is the best. Our car was damaged in a collision and they kept us updated on progress every step of the way while it was being repaired. Getting our car back as good as new was one thing, but they went above and beyond and returned it to us completely cleaned - inside and out. Very unexpected, but very appreciated

Ken was amazing in helping me get the repairs done quickly which was so important to me and my family. I had a time crunch to get the car done, and He was honest about the fact that he could not start the work right away, offered to put me on the schedule for the following Monday, and recommended other shops to check out. I am so glad I booked the repairs with him as he not only got the work done quickly but amazingly. He calmly took care of insurance snafus, did amazing work, and was so responsive to any question, including about the rental car and its electronics. The car looks better than ever. I recommend him unequivocally.
