He went above and beyond, even calling me days later about the status of it. His co worker Zaida also tried to assist. Although my issue can't be resolved I really appreciate all of Nneemeka's help. “I have gone to many branches, but this one is the best. They are knowledgeable , friendly and efficient. I love the one stop banking/shopping. It is the best banking idea ever. Sometimes I have to decide whether to shop first or bank first, but the wait times are never extreme. I just read an article that Citizens is considering closing the store branches. I hope this is never one of the branches closed. The Roslindale Square branch is NOT a good alternative for various reasons, their service is the complete opposite.”
