Went in for a new license plate bulb. Couldn't even remember the make and model of my car. Anthony L was such a massive help! Came out to the car to check it out and found the bulb I needed super quickly. When I told him I planned to use YouTube to figure out installing, he took it upon himself to go above and beyond and install the bulbs for me. It was done in no time and I was on my way. Anthony was super professional and knew what he was doing. Now my bulbs are in and I don't have to wait abiut getting another ticket. I usually hate going to car supply stores but had a good experience here!

I had the pleasure of receiving outstanding service from Anthony's L., the assistant manager at AutoZone. From the moment I walked in, Anthony went above and beyond to help me understand why my car had suddenly died. He patiently took the time to explain and even showed me under the hood where rat droppings were causing issues.
Not only did Anthony diagnose the problem, but he also provided invaluable advice on how to prevent rodents from nesting in my engine in the future. His knowledge and willingness to educate customers truly set him apart.
Additionally, Anthony L recommended a high-quality car battery tailored to my car and skillfully installed it for me. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring my vehicle's optimal performance were evident throughout the entire process.
What truly impressed me was Anthony's kindness and patience. Despite the busy schedule, he never made me feel rushed and took the time to address all my concerns thoroughly.

I went into the autozoneThe youg lady Matrylou was very helpful and knowledgeable, excellent customer service to the point I mentioned that my job is hiring and could use someone as pleasant as she is. She said no thanks I really like my job here and the people I work with. The patients would love her kind spirit. I had an awesome experience with all of the employees I spoke to when I went in. The manager, Carlos, came out in the pouring rain and did me a HUGE favor. You can tell he loves his job and is happy to help if he can! Definitely the best autozone I've ever been to.
